Von dem Binderhof kommt man direkt in die Fußgängerzone der Altstadt von St. Johann. Preis/Leistung ist in diesem Fall mehr als gut. Hoffentlich bald mal wieder! Rooms are spacious and clean, actually large by St. Johann standards. The family is friendly and open-minded. From the Binderhof you can get directly to the pedestrian zone in the old town of St. Johann. Price / performance is more than good in this case. Hopefully again soon!

Neben der Gästebetreung stehen auch Arbeiten die zum Bauernhof dazu gehören an. Somit gibt es zum Frühstück alles frisch, was so ein Bauernhof her gibt. Wahlweise können Doppelzimmer o. Appartements gebucht werden. Preis/Leistung stimmt (es ist ein Bauernhof kein Hotel) Es riecht auch manchmal, das gibt die Natur halt vor, wie bei Menschen auch.?Wir haben uns immer gut aufgehoben gefühlt und überlegen uns schonmal im Sommer zu komme The farm "Binderhof" is located directly on a stream. Wir können nur allen zukünftigen Gästen empfehlen , sich vor Ort ein genaues Bild zu machen , denn leider stimmen die Beschreibungen und die Gegebenheiten vor Ort nicht überein . Die weit bis in die Nacht , stark befahrene Straße , welche direkt am Haus vorbeiführt wird in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt . Auch das von einigen Leuten hoch gelobte Frühstück kann wohl nur als Witz gemeint sein .Der Gesamtzustand der Ferienwohnung ist abgewohnt , unsauber und komplett renovierungsbedürftig . We originally wanted to stay there for a week but then left after one night. We can only recommend to all future guests, to get an accurate picture on site, because unfortunately the descriptions and the local conditions do not match. Umgebung sehr nah am Zentrum, an der Aache entlang zum Park spazieren, Bahnhofsnähe und Busstation in 5 min zu erreichen. Auswahl des Frühstücks , frisch vom Bauernhof , Auswahl war, für uns , absolut klasse . Das Appartment geräumig und funktionell, für 2 die unterwegs sind und sich nicht den ganzen Tag dort aufhalten, viel mehr als notwendig. Werden dort wieder buchen. Danke für schöne und erholsame Tage A farm - not a luxury hotel - pleasant and very friendly family.
