There is a separate area for non-smokers, but it's first a smoking area, then the non-smoking, so the smoke is dragged in to the non-smoking area every time the service personnel walk through the door. Other than that, it was okay for a small group playing pool and enjoying a few drinks/shakes.
K	Kata Zsófia Kis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kinda slow service and dull personal, but overall a pleasant experience, if you bring along the right people. Their shots were good, the prices weren't horrible for Wien, and travelwise it's nicely placed. Their pool tables are very popular and worth it.

But there are some things that require improvement!!!! Three stars for the following reasons: We ordered a cappuccino and a melange - both were simply terrible. We couldn’t finish them. And I am pretty sure you have to order something to drink. So we got a pretty bad deal and left disappointed. Another downside is something that influences your game. This is no time for jokes, okay? I don’t know the standards, but it has happened to me quite often that I need to do a shot, for which I have to squeeze myself into the wall next to the pool table - there simply isn’t enough space for certain moves! :(

G	Goran Miletic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with the service -beer temperature changed - from proper one to almost room temperature. We had to wait for 15 minutes for the order. Staff was friendly but those 2 points make me not go there again.

The tables are in good condition and they have a lot of them even a larger one, the music it’s chill.
