G	Gabriele Fischl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obst und Gemüse genau prüfen! Habe hier schon mehrmals verschimmelte Ware erhalten bzw. bei vorabgewogener offener Ware (z. B. Äpfel) war weit weniger als auf dem Schild angegeben im Sackerl. Wird zwar anstandslos umgetauscht bzw. kann selbst nachgefüllt werden, ist aber trotzdem ärgerlich. Personal an der Feinkost sehr freundlich, an der Kasse gibt es freundliche und weniger freundliche Mitarbeiter. Der heute leider obligatorische "Zeitungsverkäufer" bei den Einkaufswägen nervt. Check fruits and vegetables carefully! I have received moldy goods here several times or with pre-weighed open goods (e.g. apples) there was far less than stated on the label in the sack. Is exchanged without hesitation or can be refilled yourself, but is still annoying. Staff at the delicatessen very friendly, at the checkout there are friendly and less friendly staff. Today's "newspaper seller", which is unfortunately mandatory for shopping trolleys, is annoying.

Seit der Corona Krise ist es jedoch nicht einfach, ich habe eine Maskenbefreiung und bisher gab es keine Probleme. Der eine oder andere Mitarbeiter hat mich 1 x darauf aufmerksam gemacht, ich habe mich bedankt und auf meinen Attest hingewiesen. Jetzt seit ein paar Tagen sitzt ein junger Mann an der Kassa, auch wieder heute am 09.11 und drangsaliert mich zum wiederholten Male bezüglich der Maskenpflicht und drohte mir mit Einkaufsverbot in seiner Filiale. Als ich ihn auf die Konzernvorgabe aufmerksam machte und ihn bat diese zu lesen, meinte er, er kann nicht lesen! Liebes Billa Team, das bitte ist ein Niveau auf dem möchte ich mich nicht mit Ihren Mitarbeitern auseinandersetzen. I've been going shopping in this Billa store in the morning for years, good selection in and of itself and nice staff. However, since the Corona crisis it has not been easy, I have a mask exemption and so far there have been no problems. One or the other employee made me aware of this once, I thanked them and referred to my certificate. For a few days now, a young man has been sitting at the cash desk, again today on November 9th, and harassed me again and again regarding the mask requirement and threatened me with a shopping ban in his branch. When I made him aware of the corporate guidelines and asked him to read them, he said he couldn't read! Dear Billa team, this is a level on which I do not want to deal with your employees.

Sie verließ die Kassa mit dem Produkt gleichzeitig öffnete nun die andere Kassa. Kassiererin kam wieder mit Produkt und Bon,trotzdem nahm die Kassa dies wieder nicht !! Kundin verzichtete nun auf das Produkt da keine Lösung in Sicht ! Am besten wäre hier gewesen, die Marktleitung zu rufen, oder das Produkt mit Preis zu bonieren und später zu korrigieren !! Unnötige Wartezeit verursacht bei 3 Kunden !! Purchasing - business okay! Cash desk problem with 1 item, longer waiting time because cashier does not react correctly! She left the cash register with the product and opened the other cash register at the same time. The cashier came back with the product and receipt, but the cashier did not take it again !! The customer now gave up the product because there was no solution in sight! The best thing would have been to call the store management or to add a price to the product and correct it later! Unnecessary waiting time caused by 3 customers !!

Go to this Billa to go shopping. Wide aisles, lots of space at the checkouts, large selection of products and very friendly staff at the checkouts.
