Ich gehe gerne hin einkaufen, auch mit meinen kleinen Kindern, wir fühlen uns dort auch mit ihnen willkommen :) Ist schön groß und alles neu, gut sortiert, man findet alles was man braucht. Nur sind leider die Mitarbeiter nicht besonders freundlich und zuvorkommend... ? Update 2021: One more star, because now you can meet very nice employees at Billa in Werndorf. I like to go shopping, also with my small children, we feel welcome there with them too :) It's nice and big and everything is new, well sorted, you can find everything you need. Unfortunately, the staff are not particularly friendly and courteous ... ?

Das Sortiment ist zwar gewachsen aber man wird jetzt genötigt durch den ganzen Markt zu gehen wenn man mal eine Kleinigkeit holen möchte. Es fühlt sich an als ob hier das Kaufverhalten der Kunden an erster Stelle stand, hier soll er noch ein Produkt kaufen dort noch ein Produkt und dann darf er an die Kassa. Wenn sich 2 Einkaufswägen hinten in den Gängen treffen kann es schonmal eng werden. 1 Reihe weniger hätte sich sehr positiv ausgewirkt! Somit fühlt sich ein Besuch sehr kalt und lieblos an. Der Billa in Kalsdorf war die längste Zeit einer der besseren, aber aus dem Umbau werd ich nicht schlau. Mir ist durchaus bewusst dass die meisten Billa mittlerweile so aufgebaut sind, macht den Verlust nicht besser. Mitarbeiter: Sehr nett bis Neutral. Sortiment: Gut Preis: Mittel The conversion was not particularly successful. The range has grown, but you are now forced to go through the whole market if you want to get a little something. It feels as if the purchasing behavior of the customer was the top priority here, here he should buy another product, there another product and then he can go to the checkout. When two shopping carts meet in the back of the aisles, it can get tight. 1 row less would have had a very positive effect! So a visit feels very cold and loveless. The Billa in Kalsdorf has been one of the better ones for a long time, but I can't figure out the renovation. I am well aware that most Billa are now structured this way, it doesn't make the loss any better. Employee: Very nice to neutral. Assortment: good Price: medium

M	M. “Nemo” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für mich einer der besten BILLA Filialen. Einerseits liegt er zwischen meiner Unterkunft und der Baustelle. Anderseits habe ich selten so nettes und motiviertes Personal gesehen. Egal ob an der wursttheke, im Geschäft allgemein oder an der Kassa. Es werden immer ein paar nette Worte gewechselt und zumindest ich gehe mit einen guten Gefühl nach Hause ?? For me one of the best BILLA branches. On the one hand, it lies between my accommodation and the construction site. On the other hand, I have seldom seen such nice and motivated staff. Whether at the sausage counter, in the shop in general or at the cash desk. There are always a few nice words exchanged and at least I go home with a good feeling ??
