Mir wurde von dem netten jungen Mann an der kassa zwar gesagt dass die martkleitung im Urlaub sei, dennoch verlief mein gesamter Einkauf bestens. Kleiner aber feiner billa im Herzen Mödlings? I was amazed at how friendly and quick the employees work, at the delicatessen as well as at the cash desk. I was told by the nice young man at the cash desk that the Martkleitung was on vacation, but my entire shopping went well. Small but nice billa in the heart of Mödlings?
J	July on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sind die Mitarbeiter bei der Feinkost sehr unfreundlich. Ich habe mich mit mehreren Leuten unterhalten und sie sind der selben Meinung. Die einzig nette und freundliche Mitarbeiterin ist die etwas ältere Dame, die in der Früh immer die Kasse bedient! Ich habe schon des öfteren gesehen, dass die Mitarbeiter rauchen gehen, da stell ich mir die Frage ob sie sich die Hände danach waschen wenn sie die Kunden bei der Feinkost bedienen. Ich finde es so oder so eine Frechheit das keine Handschuhe getragen werden! Ich habe auch mitbekommen das ein Mitarbeiter lieber eine Zigarette rauchen geht anstatt die Kunden bei Feinkost zu bedienen. Der letzte Punkt diese Filiale hat leider mehrere Produkte nicht. Fazit ist das viele Leute dort negative Erfahrungen haben. Unfortunately, the staff at the delicatessen are very rude. I talked to several people and they agree. The only nice and friendly staff is the slightly older lady, who always serves the cash in the morning! I have often seen the employees smoke, I wonder if they wash their hands after serving their customers with the delicatessen. I think it's a joke that no gloves are worn! I have also noticed that an employee prefers to smoke a cigarette instead of serving customers with delicatessen. The last point this branch does not have several products. Bottom line is that many people have negative experiences there.
G	Georg Sed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um 12€ bei der Online Bestellung betrogen worden. Kundenservice reagiert nicht bzw. ist nicht kooperativ. Hier geht es ums Prinzip. Nie wieder bei Billa einkaufen. Hofer ist viel Günstiger. Da gibt es nie Probleme. Cheated of 12 € when ordering online. Customer service does not respond or is not cooperative. This is about the principle. Never shop at Billa again. Hofer is much cheaper. There are never any problems.
I	Iris Wocelka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für das Sortiment würde ich weniger Sterne geben, aber diese Filiale ist sauber, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und manchmal bringen sie einem zum Lachen. Sie sind kundenfreundlich und überhaupt sehr sozial. I would give fewer stars for the range but this branch is clean, the staff are very friendly and sometimes they make you laugh. They are customer-friendly and very social in general.

Störend jetzt in der Corona Zeit, dass der Zeitungsverkäufer fast den ganzen Tag drinnen steht, und wenn man sich den Einkaufswagen selbst nehmen möchte, geht das eigentlich nicht, ebenso bei der Rückgabe dessen. Weiters ist der Hundeanleinplatz durch seine Zeitungen „reserviert „ ! Nice branch, small but nice. It is annoying now in the Corona period that the newspaper seller is inside almost the whole day, and if you want to take the shopping cart yourself, that's not really possible, as is the case with returning it. Furthermore, the Hundeanleinplatz is "reserved" by its newspapers!
