O	Oliver Pomplitz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ansich ein sehr schöner, moderner Billa. Personal läßt teilweise sehr zu wünschen übrig! Einige Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr unfreundlich, gehen teilweise die Kunden sehr flotzig an. Als Kunde fühlt man sich oft als Bittsteller, das ist nicht in Ordnung. Man sollte hier um Kunden bemüht sein --> diese sollten natürlich auch freundlich sein / bleiben! ;-). Leider werden hier oft die gesetzten Cornona Maßnahmen teilweise nicht befolgt, in der Feinkost keine FFP2 Masken oder Masken, die unterhalt der Nase getragen werden bzw. Mitarbeiterinn, die mit Geschichtsschild herumläuft, die so nicht mehr erlaubt sind... Und selbstverständlich gibt es dann auch wieder sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter/innen.... Leider bleiben sie die Unterzahl. Hier ist dringend Billa gefordert nachzubessern... aber, ob da was passieren wird? Der Laden hat eine hohe Frequenz, der Umsatz wird stimmen... warum sollte hier jemand aktiv werden? ;-) In itself a very nice, modern Billa. Staff left a lot to be desired! Some employees are very unfriendly, and sometimes they approach customers very quickly. As a customer, you often feel like a supplicant, that's not okay. One should try to get customers here -> they should of course also be / remain friendly! ;-). Unfortunately, the Cornona measures are often not followed here, in the delicatessen there are no FFP2 masks or masks that are worn to maintain the nose or employees who walk around with a history sign that are no longer allowed ... And of course there are very friendly and helpful employees again ... Unfortunately, they remain the minority. Billa is urgently called upon to make improvements ... but whether something will happen there? The store has a high frequency, the sales will be good ... why should someone take action here? ;-)
M	Miriam Pinter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein recht neuer Billa aber sehr unordentlich und ekelhaft lassen die Reste vom Gemüse am Boden liegen ALS die Kunden bereits da waren in der Früh ist immer nur eine Kassa besetzt warte meistens über 10 Minuten und hab ich schon schlechte Erfahrungen mit den Mitarbeiter gemacht! A pretty new Billa but very messy and disgusting let the leftovers of the vegetables on the floor when the customers were already there in the morning is always only one spot busy usually wait more than 10 minutes and I have already had bad experiences with the staff!
