M	Manfred Neugebauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unser Nahversoger in der Gegend. Besonders fein hier ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal! Hier wird einem wirklich geholfen, was heutzutage leider nicht mehr die Selbstverständlichkeit ist. Hier findet man nahezu Alles was man für einen großen Familien-Wocheneikauf so braucht. Die Filiale bietet ein gutes Sortiment. So findet man auch so manches Schmankerl Sehr schön ist auch, dass es ein Regionalregal gibt, wo Waren aus Betrieben der Region angeboten werden. Aktualisierung nach Neueröffnung ende Nov.2021: Tja, was soll man sagen, alles Neu muss nicht immer besser sein! Dass diese neuerrichtete Filiale immer noch einen zentralen Punkt der Nahversorgung darstellt, hat sich nichts verändert. Aber da hätte man im Grunde nichts ändern müssen, denn die "alte" Filiale, die noch nicht vor allzu langer Zeit ja komplett renoviert und erweitert wurde (!), hätte dies locker getan. Nun zu den Neuerungen: Der Parkplatz ist größer geworden, aber doch ein wenig "verschachtelt" und an manchen Stellen recht eng. Was ebenso nicht wirklich "günstig" ist, dass der Einfahrbereich genau VOR dem Eingangsbereich des Marktes ist! Da muss man schon aufpassen, wenn die Autos da von beiden Seiten, Ein- und Ausfahrt zeitweilig recht flott von/auf die Ortsstraße fahren. Vom Laden selber hat man nicht unbedingt den Eindruck, dass dieser wirklich größer zum vorherigen geworden ist? Dafür ist dieser verschachtelter mit zum Teil recht engen Gängen! Auch die Aufteilung der Warengruppen ist am ersten Blick nicht wirklich schlüssig. Eine besondere Katastrophe ist der viel zu kleine Raum VOR den Kassen! Tja, auch wenn das Credo herrscht, nicht anstehen zu "müssen", klappt dies bei diesen engen Raum auch bei nur 5 anstehenden Kunden nicht. Manchmal fragt man sich, ob die Leute die solch einen Laden planen, auch selber einkaufen gehen oder noch wichtiger, je in so einen gearbeitet haben? Denn, mir sind da einige Dinge aufgefallen was die Warenbewirtschaftung des Ladens angeht, schlechter machen wird! Ich war selber 12 Jahre in der Branche tätig (Marktleiter) und habe da immer noch ein Auge dafür. Optisch sieht der Laden ja sehr nett und schön modern aus und ist auch mit der aktuellen modernsten Technik ausgestattet. Nur dies macht noch lange nicht ein "besseres Einkaufserlebnis" für den Kunden! Schade, wenn man was verschlimmbessert! Es ist im Grunde ein „Schicke-Micky“ Laden geworden, der keinerlei Mehrwert für den Kunden (!), eher im Gegenteil, bringt. Schade….. Our local supplier in the area. Here you can find almost everything you need for a big family weekend purchase. The branch offers a good range. So you can also find some delicacies It is also very nice that there is a regional shelf where goods from companies in the region are offered. Update after reopening at the end of November 2021: Well, what can you say, everything new doesn't always have to be better! The fact that this newly established branch is still a central point of local supply has not changed. But basically nothing would have to be changed, because the "old" branch, which was completely renovated and expanded not so long ago (!), Would have done so easily. Now to the innovations: The parking lot has become bigger, but a bit "nested" and in some places quite narrow. What is also not really "cheap" is that the drive-in area is exactly IN FRONT of the entrance area of the market! You have to be careful when the cars are moving quickly from both sides, entry and exit, to / from the local road. From the shop itself, you don't necessarily get the impression that it has really grown larger than the previous one? But this is more nested with some very narrow corridors! The division of the product groups is also not really conclusive at first glance. The space in front of the cash registers, which is much too small, is a particular catastrophe! Well, even if the motto is not to "have to" queue, this does not work in this narrow space, even with only 5 customers. Sometimes you ask yourself whether the people who are planning such a shop also go shopping themselves or, more importantly, have ever worked in one? Because, I noticed a few things about the merchandise management of the store that will make it worse! I myself worked in the industry for 12 years (store manager) and I still have an eye for it. The shop looks very nice and modern and is also equipped with the latest state-of-the-art technology. Only this does not make a "better shopping experience" for the customer! It's a shame if you improve something! Basically, it has become a “chic Mickey” shop that does not bring any added value for the customer (!), On the contrary. Pity…..
