sowas von unfreundlich und frech find ich nicht angebracht, wir sind Kunden und haben doch auch Rechte. eine einfache Frage wird patzig beantwortet.

You recently had a new employee at the checkout. Unfortunately I have to tell you that this person must not let loose on customers.
I do not think anything of unfriendly and cheeky is appropriate, we are customers and yet we also have rights. a simple question is answered inappropriately.

Die Lage ist absolut schön und das Personal freundlich und nett. Der Parkplatz ist auch ausreichend groß.
Leider war bei unserem Besuch die Schlange an der Kasse superlang, was zu Wartezeiten führte.

The location is absolutely beautiful and the staff friendly and nice. The parking lot is big enough too.
Unfortunately, the queue at the checkout was super long when we visited, which led to waiting times.
