Nachdem ich einen Mitarbeiter um Hilfe gebeten habe musste ich ca. 5 Minuten warten bis er mit dem Lesegerät gekommen ist ( Wartezeit kein Problem). Während dieser 5 Minuten stand ich vor einem Regal mit ca. 8 Sorten Weißwein. KEIN EINZIGES DER 4 ETIKETTEN HAT GESTIMMT wobei kein einziger dieser Weine im Regal waren. Darauf angesprochen meinte der Mitarbeiter es gäbe keinen zuständigen Kollegen für diese Abteilung, ausserdem sei der Markt extrem unterbesetzt. Ärgere mich jedes mal daß der Neubau so misslungen ist. Bipa daneben VIEL zu groß. Den Platz hätte man für billa nutzen können. Gänge sind viel zu schmal, 2 Wagen könnn kaum aneinander vorbei fahren weil irgendwelche Aufsteller da sind. Preisauszeichnung lässt zu wünschen übrig, ständig fehlen die preisschilder. Das weinsortiment ist schlicht ein sauhaufen, kaum bestückt und junges Personal ist überfordert bei Fragen. UPDATE: Yesterday, October 16 About 9 o'clock. I bought Campari yesterday, again no pricing. After I asked an employee for help, I had to wait about 5 minutes until he came with the reader (waiting time no problem). During these 5 minutes I stood in front of a shelf with about 8 types of white wine. NOT SINGLE OF THE 4 LABELS WAS CORRECT and not a single one of these wines was on the shelf. When asked about this, the employee said there was no colleague responsible for this department, and the market was extremely understaffed. I annoy me every time that the new building has failed so badly. Bipa next to it MUCH too big. The space could have been used for billa. Aisles are much too narrow, 2 cars can hardly pass each other because there are some kind of stands. Price labeling leaves a lot to be desired, the price tags are constantly missing. The range of wines is simply a bunch, barely stocked and the young staff are overwhelmed with questions.
