Das Personal war wie gewohnt sehr freundlich.
Was mich an BILLA generell stört ist, dass man an der Wurst-Theke keine mitgebrachten Glas-Mehrweg Verpackungen akzeptieren will. Nach einer Richtlinie des Konzerns. Angeblich aus hygienischen Gründen. Deshalb kaufe ich dort eher selten.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe die Verkäuferin nett darauf hingewiesen, dass sie mir etwas falsch verrechnet habe, bin darauf hin in lauten Ton angefahren worden. War nicht das erste Mal und weiß auch aus meinen Umfeld das ich nicht die Einzige bin. Das ist kein Umgang mit Kunden!
I kindly pointed out to the saleswoman that she miscalculated something wrong, and was approached loudly. It wasn't the first time and I know from my environment that I'm not the only one. This is not dealing with customers!
