Nachtrag 26.09.2019
Wollte 15% von der Jö App einlösen.
Hat aber nicht funktioniert. Ich sollte bei der Jö Hotline anrufen.
Dann kam eine Mitarbeiterin die sich selber Null auskannte und hat nicht mal mit mir kommuniziert. Dann ist sie irgendwo nach hinten gegangen. Nach einer gefühlten Ewigkeit kam die zurück und hat nur etwas zum Kollegen an der Kassa gemurmelt.
Ich hab sie um Info gebeten.
SIE: Chef hat keine Zeit.
Dann die Ware retour und Sie meinte dann nehmen wir nicht die % sondern Punkte die Sie haben.. Sind fast 800. Nach Nachfrage was abgezogen wird meinte sie na alle Punkte.
Dann hab ich gesagt sie können alles retour nehmen inkl. der Leberkäsesemmeln die sicher eh schon kalt waren weil sie auch nicht in einem Warmhalte Sackerl waren. Was soll ich sagen? Es gibt in der Filiale genau eine Mitarbeiterin die wirklich super ist aber den Rest kann man vergessen

Wanted to redeem 15% of the Jö app.
But did not work. I should call the Jö hotline.
Then came a co-worker who knew herself zero and did not even communicate with me. Then she went back somewhere. After a felt eternity came back and just mumbled something to the colleague at the cash desk.
I asked for info.
SHE: Boss does not have time.
Then the goods back and you said then we do not take the% but points you have .. Are almost 800th After asking what is deducted she said na all points.
Then I said they can take everything back including the Leberkäsesemmeln the safe anyway already cold because they were not in a warming Sackerl. What can I say? There is exactly one employee in the branch which is really great but you can forget the rest
