Wenn ich in Quarantäne bin und die Produkte so schnell wie möglich brauche bringt mir dieser Service nichts. Denn der früheste liefer Zeitpunkt ist eine Woche später. Online bestellen und dann abholen lassen funktioniert auch nur bedingt. Artikel wurden vergessen und andere Artikel wurden ohne Rücksprache einfach ersetzt. Ist auf alle Fälle verbesserungswürdig. I like to go to the Billa. But the delivery service is, for me personally, a disaster. If I'm in quarantine and need the products as soon as possible, this service is of no use to me. Because the earliest delivery time is a week later. Ordering online and then having it picked up only works to a limited extent. Items were forgotten and other items were simply replaced without consultation. In any case, it could be improved.

Man hat schon beim Eingang KEINEN Platz. Gänge zu eng. Man fühlt sich sehr bedrängt. Ständig wird mit einer gr. Leiter ein Regal befüllt und es steht Ware herum. Man kommt kaum vorbei. Aber für einen schnellen Einkauf ok. Generally good products, lots of fair and organic products, including vegetables. and vegan, everything in tune with the times. Unfortunately, this Billa is too small. There is NO space at the entrance. Corridors too narrow. You feel very pressured. A shelf is constantly being filled with a large ladder and there are goods around. You can hardly get past. But ok for a quick purchase.
