Z	Zsófia Zimmermann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DPD Paketshop funktioniert nicht gut bei Billa. Sie geben für DPD nicht Bescheid, wenn sie ein Packet (was soll von Fahrer abgeholt werden) haben. Sie liegen ein Datum auch daran, dass es erst später abgeholt werden soll. Ohne dass sie der Versender darüber fragen. Ich könnte meinen Packet schon am nächsten Tag haben, aber da sie ein Notizen (erst am 8.3. abgeholt werden) an meinem Packet gelegen haben, bekomme ich er erst nächste Woche... hoffentlich am Dienstag. Normalerweise sollte meinem Packet am Donnerstag (4.3) oder spätestens am Freitag (5.3) zu mir ankommen. So ich bin sicher wir werden ihre Leistungen in der Zukunft nicht benutzen und für alle unsere Bekannten diese Erfahrung weitergeben. Auch nicht bei diese Filiale kaufen. Unzuverlässig! DPD parcel shop does not work well at Billa. They do not notify DPD when they have a package (what should be picked up by the driver). You also have a date because it should not be picked up until later. Without them asking the sender about it. I could have my package the next day, but since you had a note attached to my package (it won't be picked up until March 8), I won't get it until next week ... hopefully on Tuesday. Normally, my package should arrive on Thursday (4.3) or by Friday (5.3) at the latest. So I am sure we will not use your services in the future and will pass this experience on to all of our friends. Also do not buy from this branch. Unreliable!

Das scheint sich auf die Kunden zu übertragen, man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Friendliest service, almost always everything in stock and always discount promotions. The team has been the same for years, which speaks for a good working atmosphere. That seems to be carried over to the customers, you feel very comfortable.
