G	Gü R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Freundlichkeit der MitarbeiterInnen ist sehr unterschiedlich. Etliche sind sehr bemüht und kundenorientiert. Leider können einige Mitarbeiterinnen (speziell eine bestimmte!) sehr schlecht mit Reklamationen umgehen. Statt für den Kunden eine Lösung zu suchen oder wenigstens eine plausible Erklärung zu liefern, flüchtet "frau" sich in fadenscheinige Ausreden. Ein einfaches "Es tut uns leid" wäre meist besser als eine unglaubwürdige Erklärung. Der Gipfel an Unfreundlichkeit war aber folgender Vorfall. Da die Kassa oft nicht besetzt ist und man im ganzen Lokal nach einer Kassenkraft suchen muss, habe ich im Vorbeigehen einer Mitarbeiterin gesagt, dass ich gleich an der Kassa sein werde. Ihre Antwort: "No san's ned durt" !!!!!! The friendliness of the staff is very different. Quite a few are very keen and customer-oriented. Unfortunately, some employees (especially a certain one!) Can handle complaints very poorly. Instead of looking for a solution for the customer or at least providing a plausible explanation, "woman" takes refuge in flimsy excuses. A simple "We're sorry" would usually be better than an implausible explanation. The peak of unfriendliness was the following incident. Since the cash desk is often not manned and you have to look for a cashier in the whole restaurant, I told an employee that I would be at the cash desk in a moment. Your answer: "No san's ned durt" !!!!!!
P	Peter Mayer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann nichts schlechtes schreiben. Für die Größe des Geschäftslokales, ist das Warenangebot ziemlich gut. Für Grosseinkäufe eher nicht geeignet, da kein eigener Parkplatz vorhanden ist. Es ist eben KEIN big Billa. Personal ist freundlich. Für den täglichen Einkauf zwischendurch absolut zu empfehlen!!! Can't write anything bad. For the size of the store, the range of goods is pretty good. Not suitable for large purchases, since there is no own parking space. It is NOT a big Billa. Staff is friendly. For the daily shopping in between absolutely recommendable!

Regale nicht nach geschlichtet an einem Samstag morgen?! 5 Mitarbeiter rauchend im Lager ( ohne Maske natürlich) und auf die Frage ( Uhrzeit 10:00-11:00) ob es gösser flaschen( Pfand) noch zu haben wäre bekommt man nur als Antwort die Chefin hat es am Mittwoch bestellt, aber leider nicht gekommen... an einem Samstag bei einer gösser Aktion?! Und diese Filiale ist garantiert nicht die meist besuchteste wie in anderen Bezirken! der Umbau war also komplett unnötig und ich hoffe die Filiale wird eingestellt bzw ein adeg interspar oder Etsan übernimmt den Standort ich bin mir sicher das man dann mehr Angebote nutzen darf.. so etwas ist man vom rede konzern nicht gewohnt... mfg ein verärgerter Bewohner dieser Anlage... still very disappointed with the renovation ... shelves not settled on a Saturday morning ?! 5 employees smoking in the warehouse (without mask of course) and when asked (time 10: 00-11: 00) whether there are bigger bottles (deposit) you get only as an answer, the boss ordered it on Wednesday, but unfortunately didn't come ... on a Saturday during a big action ?! And this branch is guaranteed not to be the most visited like in other districts! the renovation was completely unnecessary and I hope the branch will be closed or an adeg interspar or Etsan will take over the location I'm sure that you will then be able to use more offers .. something you are not used to from talking about corporations ... mfg an annoyed one Residents of this complex ...

Außerdem können Sie nicht mal einen Mundschutz verkaufen und dann darf der Kunde natürlich wieder gehen. In my opinion, never has a product, the sign "sold out" is always on the shelf! Besides, you can't even sell a mouthguard and then of course the customer can leave again.

"Entweder sie kaufen was mit dem Pfandgeld oder sie haben nichts davon." - Danke, ihr könnt mich mal. Habe ich noch nie erlebt 1. Unfriendly staff. 2. Since when have shops not been paying out a bottle deposit ?! "Either they buy something with the deposit or they don't get any of it." - Thanks, you can take me. I have never experienced it before
