Wir sind ein ganz kleiner Elektriker-Betrieb und betreuen eigentlich nur unsere Stammkunden.
Der Damian ist ein hergewandertes Schweizer Büblein, das durch eine Wohnanlage indirekt zu unserem Kunde wurde. Im Gegensatz zu den 19 anderen Wohnungen, gestaltete sich die Installation seiner Wohnung sehr schwierig. Er redete nicht viel, wusste nicht was er will und bestellte mittels vielen Mails immer wieder Erneuerungen und Änderungen.
Damian meinte wenn er hupt, springen alle Handwerker.
Als er dann bei seiner fertigen Wohnung eine elektrische Markise montieren ließ, konnte er keinen Tag darauf warten, bis wir für diese einen Strom herzauberten.
Nach diesem Mailverkehr habe ich dann den Damian als unser Kunde gelöscht.
Für unsere Stammkunden sind wir gerne da und nehmen uns gerne Zeit dafür, aber wir müssen die Zeit einteilen und manchmal bei Kleinaufträgen Prioritäten setzen.
Ein großer Dank gilt allen unseren unkomplizierten Kunden für unsere gute Zusammenarbeit.

We are a very small electrician company and actually only look after our regular customers.
The Damian is a hiked Swiss boy who indirectly became our customer through a residential complex. In contrast to the 19 other apartments, the installation of his apartment was very difficult. He didn't talk a lot, didn't know what he wanted, and kept ordering mails with renewals and changes.
Damian said that when he honks, all the craftsmen jump.
When he had an electric awning installed in his finished apartment, he couldn't wait a day for us to conjure up a current for it.
After this mail traffic I deleted the Damian as our customer.
We are happy to be there for our regular customers and take the time to do so, but we have to divide the time and sometimes set priorities for small orders.
