★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Group Austria hat wirklich Klasse. Durfte hier Ende 2019 meine Ausbildung zum Trainer machen und bin absolut begeistert. Wer nach einer guten TrainerInnenausbildung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Ich habe den Online Lehrgang mit Praxistagen gewählt und war über die Betreuung und den Support wirklich positiv überrascht.
Die MitarbeiterInnen und TrainerInnen sind sehr kompetent, abwechslungsreich und gehen auf die TeilnehmerInnen und deren Fragen ein. Die Praxistage und gemeinsamen Übungen waren sehr familiär und angenehm. Die Räumlichkeiten sind angenehm und bieten genug Platz um sich auch mal zurückziehen zu können.
Zusätzlich habe ich die Module Bildung & Berufsorientierung sowie Beratung & Coaching gebucht. Die Module sind ebenfalls wärmstens zu empfehlen und enthalten tolle Übungen welche sofort angewendet werden können um durchzustarten.
Gender Mainstream & Diversity Training wurden ebenfalls online absolviert und waren überraschend gut aufbereitet. Auf die Zertifizierung (wenn zusätzlich gebucht - absolut zu empfehlen!) wird man durch das kompetente Team bestens vorbereitet.
Das wird garantiert nicht die letzte Fortbildung bei der Group Austra werden!
Group Austria is really great. Was allowed to do my training as a trainer here at the end of 2019 and am absolutely thrilled. If you are looking for good trainer training, this is the place for you. I chose the online course with practical days and was really pleasantly surprised by the support and support.
The staff and trainers are very competent, varied and respond to the participants and their questions. The practice days and joint exercises were very familiar and pleasant. The premises are pleasant and offer enough space to be able to retreat.
In addition, I have booked the Education & Career Orientation and Consulting & Coaching modules. The modules are also highly recommended and contain great exercises that can be used immediately to get started.
Gender mainstream & diversity training were also completed online and were surprisingly well prepared. The competent team prepares you for the certification (if additionally booked - absolutely recommended!).
This will definitely not be the last training at Group Austra!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe bei der Group Austria den Kompetenz-Fernlehrgang "Berufsorientierung & Bildungsberatung" besucht und war sehr begeistert. Anfangs war ich zwar etwas skeptisch, ob die Vermittlung der Inhalte auch ohne Präsenz funktionieren kann, wurde aber schnell eines Besseren belehrt. Die Inhalte wurden in Videos sehr gut aufbereitet und man hat im Anschluss an den Lehrgang auch jede Menge Übungen im Repertoire, sodass man für gut gewappnet ist für den Start als Bildungsberater/in. Von mir gibt's eine klare Empfehlung!
At Group Austria I attended the competence distance learning course "Vocational Orientation & Educational Advice" and was very enthusiastic. At first I was a bit skeptical whether the conveying of the content could work without being present, but was quickly taught otherwise. The content was prepared very well in videos and after the course you also have a lot of exercises in the repertoire, so that you are well prepared for the start as an educational advisor. I have a clear recommendation!

Aber die Ausbildung (der Inhalt) bei Group Austria selbst bzw die Art und Weise WIE das vermittelt wurde haben mich schwer begeistert, viel zum Nachdenken gebracht und mir vieles neu eröffnet.
Sprich: Bitte auch machen!
Okay ... professionally (for many years including various experiences) I come from a completely different direction. But the training (the content) at Group Austria itself and the HOW it was conveyed made me very enthusiastic, made me think a lot and opened up a lot of new things to me.

Man fühlt sich selbst bei Online Kursen sehr wohl, es herrscht eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, kurz es war jede Minute wert!
Die Trainerinnen haben sich optimal vorbereitet und um uns gekümmert, die Gruppengröße und Dynamik war auch sehr gut. Ich habe sehr viel an Wissen dazu gewonnen und kann es nun in der Praxis anwenden. Wer nach einer Weiterbildung aus den Bereichen: Training, Coaching, Beratung, Online-Training und vielem mehr sucht ist hier gold richtig und wird garantiert nicht enttäuscht!

You feel very comfortable even with online courses, there is a very pleasant atmosphere, in short it was worth every minute!
The trainers prepared themselves optimally and looked after us, the group size and dynamics were also very good. I have gained a lot of knowledge and can now apply it in practice.
