★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zur Erinnerung an die vertrieben Mödritzer nach Kriegsende 1945. Viele kamen "durch" in Wolkersdorf, einige blieben hier für immer und schlugen, im Wortsinn, Wurzeln hierorts. Einen zweiten Gedenkstein zu dem Thema gibt es noch im Park in Wolkersdorf.
 In memory of the Mödritzer expelled after the end of the war in 1945. Many came "through" in Wolkersdorf, some stayed here forever and literally took root here. There is a second memorial stone on the subject in the park in Wolkersdorf.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Bildstock erinnert an die Vertreibung der deutschsprachigen aus Brünn. Der Todesmarsch begann Ende Mai 1945 in Brünn. Es wurden von den 53000 Deutschsprachigen Menschen ca. 27000 vertrieben. Zirka 5200 Menschen kamen um ihr Leben, durch Durst, Hunger, Schwäche und Krankheiten. Sie wurden diesseits und jenseits der damaligen Grenze in Einzelgräbern und Massengräbern bestattet

The shrine is reminiscent of the expulsion of German speakers from Brno. The death march began in late May 1945 in Brno. Approximately 27,000 of the 53,000 German-speaking people were expelled. About 5,500 people died for their lives, from thirst, hunger, weakness and disease. They were buried on both sides of the border in single graves and mass graves
