★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe den GPS Tracker schon seit zwei/drei Jahren . Früher , bis einschließlich letzte Saison bekam ich jedesmal nach einer Tour ein Touren Update und die Kommunoktion war gut . Diese Saison bekomme ich keine Updates mehr und es ist keine Kommunikation mehr möglich . Deshalb habe ich keine Ahnung was los ist . Warum das nicht mehr funktioniert .
I've had the GPS tracker for two/three years. Before , up to and including last season , I got a tour update every time after a tour and the communication was good . I'm not getting any updates this season and I'm no longer able to communicate. So I have no idea what's going on. Why this doesn't work anymore.

Auf Anfragen per Mail wird nicht reagiert.
Schlechter Service, nicht zu empfehlen.
Tracker received, but unfortunately the subscription was not activated although it should be included in the set.
Email inquiries will not be responded to.
Bad service, not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit Ende 2021 funktionierte der Tracker immer unzuverlässiger, zur neuen Saison 2022 funktioniert aktuell gar nichts mehr, obwohl der Tracker laut Status-LED online ist.
Supportanfragen (mehrfach per Mail) werden nicht beantwortet, die Facebookseite scheint seit Ende letzten Jahrs tot zu sein, die Supportwebseite funktioniert nicht. Man könnte glatt annehmen, die Firma existiert nicht mehr...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BikerSOS Premium wurde hauptsächlich gekauft weil ich den GPS Tracker im Motorrad verwenden wollte. Leider ist dieser nirgendwo bestellbar. Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter BikerSOS nicht möglich, antworten weder auf Mail noch über Social Media. Seltsames Verhalten. Nicht zu empfehlen.
BikerSOS Premium was bought mainly because I wanted to use the GPS tracker on my motorcycle. Unfortunately this cannot be ordered anywhere. Communication with the provider BikerSOS not possible, neither reply to mail nor via social media. Weird acting. Not recommendable.
