I came in with a loose mystery hub and despite the shop having a massive sale on at the time and all hands on deck being super busy the manager stopped everything and helped me out then and there, super cool! :) Very much recommend the shop (they also have an excellent selection of pretty much everything - including a DOPE Aistreeem display bike [look for the cool paint job]!

I would like to send a very big THANK YOU for the excellent service I received when I came into this store with my husband on Friday 17th July. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful young man. We were travelling through Europe with my Cube bike and didn't have the battery charger with us. The young man agreed to have my battery charged overnight. We returned the next day, after the young man kindly rang us to let us know the shop was due to close (we were running late) and collected the fully charged battery. What lovely people, what a lovely city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've now bought two bikes here. Tons of accessories as well. The service here is absolutely amazing, they have helped setup our bikes and taught us how things work, etc... They have a lot of patience, especially since we went in knowing nothing about bikes :). Thanks again bikepalast!
