F	Ford Mustang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Chef selber findet es wohl nicht notwendig Leute zu grüßen, überteuertes Service an Fahrräder, Probleme am Bike wurden nicht behoben und nachdem wir eine saftige Rechnung begleichen durften, mussten wir feststellen, dass sich der Chef auch nicht verabschieden kann...sorry, aber da fehlt es an allen Ecken!! The boss himself probably doesn't find it necessary to greet people, overpriced service on bicycles, problems on the bike were not resolved and after we were allowed to settle a hefty bill, we had to find out that the boss cannot say goodbye either ... sorry, but there is a lack of everything!
e	e. a. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super freundliches Team, mit kompetenter Beratung, die Mitarbeiter und der Chef sind selbst auch begeisterte Radfahrer, die auch ihr bestes geben um die Fahrräder zu reparieren, ohne um unnötige Kosten zu verursachen. Es wird sich auch viel Zeit genommen um das passende Fahrrad in der richtigen Größe zu finden. Super friendly team, with competent advice, the employees and the boss are enthusiastic cyclists themselves, who also do their best to repair the bikes without incurring unnecessary costs. A lot of time is also taken to find the right bike in the right size.

Mal wegen eines Fahrradschlauches im Geschäft da ich die beiden letzten Male den falschen Schlauch bekommen habe, trotz einem Bild wo genau ersichtlich ist welchen Schlauch ich brauche. Heute wollte ich diesen WIEDER umtauschen. Statt einem „Entschuldigung“ bekommt man pampige und freche Antworten. Fachliche Kompetenz 0,0 Wäre es möglich würde ich Null Sterne vergeben. Dieses Fahrrad“fach“geschäft sieht mich nie wieder. Incredibly bad service. I was just that 3! Sometimes because of a bicycle tube in the shop because I got the wrong tube the last two times, despite a picture showing exactly which tube I need. Today I wanted to exchange this AGAIN. Instead of an "excuse" you get sloppy and cheeky answers. Professional competence 0.0 If it were possible I would give zero stars. This specialist bike shop will never see me again.
R	Raphael Hollaus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fahrräder welche im Internet gekauft wurden, werden dort nicht repariert, man hat es anscheinend nicht notwendig! Unfreundlich! Zur Story: Habe mir ein e-Bike im Internet bestellt, dieses wurde leider mit ein paar Mankos geliefert. Der Mechaniker wirft einen 2 Sekunden Blick darauf und meint, dass wird mit einem kleinen Service (58€) gemacht. Als ich dafür einen Kostenvoranschlag möchte, mischt sich der Eigentümer ein und meint, den gibt es für Räder aus dem Internet nicht. Wäre nur ein Zettel, mit einer Zeile gewesen und ich hatte das Rad auch gleich dort gelassen. Zum Glück bin ich dann zum Intersport in der M-City gefahren. Dort (sehr, sehr kompetentes Personal!!) wurde ein "Achter" in der Felge, eine verstellte Schaltung, sowie verstellte Bremsen festgestellt. Was bei Bike Maniac, sicher mit einem kleinen Service repariert geworden wäre. Lol! Fahrts zum Intersport, wenn ihr einen ordentlichen Service zum fairen Preis wollt! Bicycles bought online are not repaired there, apparently it is not necessary! Unfriendly! About the story: I ordered an e-bike online, but unfortunately it was delivered with a few shortcomings. The mechanic looks at it for 2 seconds and says it will be done with a small service (58€). When I wanted a cost estimate for it, the owner intervened and said that there is no such thing as bikes on the internet. Would have been just a note with one line and I had left the bike right there. Luckily I went to Intersport in the M-City. There (very, very competent staff!!) an "eight" in the rim, a misaligned circuit and misaligned brakes were found. Which at Bike Maniac would certainly have been repaired with a small service. lol! Drive to Intersport if you want decent service at a fair price!
