Ich habe hier eine Vendetta stehen. Deutschland: Ersatzteile gibt es nicht mehr. Bin übers Internet bei Bike West Austria gelandet. Hab erst mal aus Unkenntnis das falsche Teil bestellt. Kein Problem: Heute, Samstag, 13:00 Uhr erreiche ich Franziska Fischer. Sie sucht mir das richtige Teil raus und legt es gleich zurecht um es mir nach Erhalt meiner Rücksendung gleich zuzusenden. Mit der Ansage, dass mir der zuviel bezahlte Differenzbetrag gut geschrieben wird.
Daurauf geb ich gerne noch einen schriftlichen 6. Stern!!

I have a vendetta here. Germany: There are no longer any spare parts. I landed at Bike West Austria over the Internet. First I ordered the wrong part out of ignorance. No problem: I reach Franziska Fischer today, Saturday, 1:00 p.m. She looks for the right part for me and arranges it right away to send it to me immediately after receiving my return. With the announcement that the excess amount paid will be credited to me.
On top of that, I would be happy to give you a written 6th star !!

Sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent. Bin mit einer Tuono1000R aufgetaucht und musste leider erfahren das sie nur Mopeds reparieren. Mir wurde trotzdem geholfen. In Form einer Telefonnummer von einem weiteren Spitzenmann. DANKE für die Hilfe und den Kontakt.

Very helpful and competent. I showed up with a Tuono1000R and unfortunately had to find out that they only repair mopeds. I was helped anyway. In the form of a phone number from another top man. THANK YOU for the help and the contact.

Competent, friendly advice! Great price-performance ratio ... a lot cheaper than some (well-known) authorized workshops! The required spare parts were all in stock and ready to be picked up immediately - thanks again, we'd love to come back! :)
