H	Hubert Resch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich weiß nicht wie die anwaltskanzlei als solches arbeitet ich hatte nur mit der frau roth ein telefongespräch nach diesem telefonat möchte ich allerdings nichts mehr mit dieser kanzlei zu tun haben da ihr umgangston schlicht nicht zu einer guten oder irgendeiner kanzlei passt allerdings nachdem ich mit dem chef herrn dr. biedermann gesprochen habe verstehe ich die herangehensweise der dame denn ich mußte mir am telefon mit einer anzeige wegen stalking drohen lassen und mir sein schreikonzert anhören ohne das er mich ein einziges mal zu wort zu kommen um mein anliegen vorzubringen ich mag ein schwieriger kunde sein und mein mein bedürfniss nach auskunft bei einer angelegenheit für die seine kanzlei verantwortlich zeichnet unangemessen (was es nicht war denn er ist auskunfts und beweisspflichtig) das rechtfertigt kein schreien keine drohung mir scheint das bei dem herrn biedermann die kinderstube etwas vernachläßigt wurde welche leider heute nicht mehr nachzuholen ist i do not know how the law firm works as such i only had a telephone conversation with the woman red After this phone call, however, I would like to have nothing more to do with this law firm because their tone of conversation simply does not suit a good or any law firm However, after I boss with the boss dr. Biedermann have spoken I understand the approach of the lady because I had to threaten me on the phone with an ad for stalking and listen to his screech concert without me to come to word once to voice my concerns i may be a difficult customer and my need for information on a matter for which his office is responsible inadequately (which it was not because he is information and proof) that justifies no screaming no threat it seems to me that the mr biedermann the nursery was something neglected which unfortunately today is no longer catching up

S	Steve Krew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie von Hr. Resch schon sehr schön beschrieben wundere auch ich mich über die art und weiße wie hier mit einem umgegangen wird. Fr. Schönauer war äußerst unfreundlich und hatte einen herben und herablassenden Umgangston … so kann man doch nicht mit Menschen umgehen. Leider wurde ein mir Telefonat bzw ein Termin mit Hr. Dr. Biedermann verweigert. Was eine absolute Frechheit ist. As from Hr. Resch already described very beautiful, I also wonder about the art and white as here is dealt with a. Fr Schönauer was extremely rude and had a harsh and condescending tone ... so you can not handle people. Unfortunately, a phone call or an appointment with Hr. Dr. Biedermann refused. What an absolute impudence.
K	Katy Lyn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die damen im Sekretariat sind äußert freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die schlechten Bewertungen kann ich absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Da die Kanzlei anscheinend auf exekutionen und konkurse spezialisiert ist, nehme ich mal an dass diese Bewertungen von unfreundlichen und anstrengenden schuldnern sind. Ich habe mich auch wegen meinen Schulden erkundigt und trotz mehrmaliger Telefonate mit verschiedenen Damen wurde ich kein einziges mal irgendwie schlecht behandelt. Im gegenteil, sie haben mir sehr weitergeholfen und waren sehr geduldig mit mir. The ladies in the secretariat are extremely friendly and helpful. I absolutely cannot understand the bad reviews. Since the firm apparently specializes in executions and bankruptcies, I assume that these reviews are from unfriendly and exhausting debtors. I also asked about my debts and despite several phone calls to various women, I was never treated badly. On the contrary, they helped me a lot and were very patient with me.

Am Telefon wird man, grob angemacht und beschimpft! Disrespectful people !!! You should take their licenses and send them to Alaska! Apparently they didn't have a good education! On the phone you get rude and verbally abused!

Die Rezeptionistin jedoch ist inkompetent, unhöflich und hat keine Ahnung von einer ordentlichen Kommunikation am Telefon. I can't say anything about the lawyers themselves. However, the receptionist is incompetent, rude and has no idea how to communicate properly on the phone.
C	Christina FPD on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da ich nun auch mal das Vergnügen mit diesen Herrschaften habe muss ich auch eine kurze Nicht Empfehlung aussprechen. Auch wenn man Schulden hat muss man als Mensch respektiert und behandelt werden. Wenn man Hilfe benötigt und einige Mails verfasst und Wochen bis Monate keine Antwort erhält und einem vom Gericht sogar geraten wird Gegenklage einzureichen weil die Abrechnungen nicht korrekt sind dann soll das schon was heißen. Bei Anruf bekommt man diese freundliche Antwort: ich schicke ihnen eine Abrechnung - passt - auf Wiedersehen und es wurde aufgelegt. Also wenn ich im Büro so mit Kunden umgegangen wäre, hätte ich damals eine fristlose Kündigung am Tisch. Aber scheinbar ist das in diesem Büro der Standardumgang. Eigentlich traurig das es solche Menschen gibt die es anderen die schon Probleme haben ihre eigenen noch spüren lassen. Die nette Telefonkraft sollte vielleicht eine Schulung zwecks freundlichen Umgang am Telefon machen. Since I now have the pleasure with these gentlemen, I also have to make a short no recommendation. Even if you have debts you have to be respected and treated as a person. If you need help and write a few emails and don't receive an answer for weeks or months and the court even advises you to file a counterclaim because the accounts are incorrect then that should mean something. When you call you get this friendly answer: I'll send you a statement - fits - goodbye and it was hung up. So if I had dealt with customers like that in the office, I would have been given an immediate termination at the table at the time. But apparently that is the standard approach in this office. It's actually sad that there are such people who let others feel their own problems. Perhaps the nice phone operator should do a training course on how to be friendly on the phone.
