Kundenservice = 0 Keiner ist zuständig und es wird angeblich zurückgerufen oder eben halt auch nicht Unfortunately they have no control over their accounting system at all. Customer service = 0 Nobody is responsible and it is said that they will be called back or not
G	Gerhild Hubmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier in groben Zügen ein Auszug meines Beschwerdebriefes an die Firma, aus dem die Gründe für meine negative Bewertung hervorgehen: "Ich finde die Vorgehensweise von BGD sehr befremdlich, da sie einerseits von März bis August nichts von sich hören haben lassen bezüglich des bestellten Briefpapiers und jetzt schicken sie eine Mahnung, ohne dass ich jemals das Papier oder die Rechnung erhalten habe, stattdessen mit einer weit überhöhten Forderung, die nicht dem seinerzeitigen Angebot entspricht und garniert mit der Drohung der unmittelbaren Weitergabe an ein Inkassobüro, sollte dieser geforderte Betrag nicht bezahlt werden. Das ist schlichtweg eine Frechheit wie hier mit Kunden umgegangen wird und von Kundenfreundlichkeit spreche ich erst gar nicht. Ich werde dies auch entsprechend bewerten in Google und Facebook. Mit besten Grüßen.... " Here is an excerpt from my letter of complaint to the company, which explains the reasons for my negative rating: "I find BGD's approach very strange, because on the one hand they didn't let anyone hear from them from March to August about the letter paper ordered and now they send a reminder without me ever receiving the paper or the invoice, instead with a far excessive demand, which does not correspond to the offer at the time and garnished with the threat of immediate transfer to a debt collection agency, should this amount not be paid. This is simply a cheek the way customers are dealt with here and I'm not even talking about customer friendliness will also rate this accordingly in Google and Facebook. Best regards .... "

Auch nach Reklamation nicht einmal ein Entgegenkommen. Produkte sahen katastrophal aus und konnten nicht verwendet werden. Auf den Kosten der nicht zu verwendenden Zutrittskarten und den Druckkosten bleibe ich sitzen. Miserable advice and performance, was extremely dissatisfied with the result and will never commission anything again. Even after a complaint, not even a concession. Products looked disastrous and could not be used. I'm left with the cost of the admission cards that cannot be used and the printing costs.
