The money is great. Holidays are great. They pay you on time and for the cost of your Visa.
Cons
Appalling management. No teacher support or TAS. They lie to you about the job- they make you teach grades and subjects you haven't agreed to. 25 students a class and 4 classes a day -and you are expected to keep in constant touch with all of the parents. Ridiculous exam schedules (500 exam papers to Mark in the first week) and reporting systems. There is no curriculum. The books they expect you to use are not suitable. There is not time to plan lessons (4 classes a day- different grades) . And good help anyone what had to teach their CEP program. It is where they put all of the special educational needs children and they claim that they just need extra English and provide no support or resources. The pay does not equal the work load.
