K	Karl Z. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war vor vielen Jahren zu Gast im Bfi Deutschlandsberg. Wir hatte einen externen Trainer , da zu diesem Zeitpunkt kein Ortsansässiger Trainer freie Kapazitäten hatte. Wie ich finde hat dieser Umstand die Ausbildung in der Einrichtung mehr oder weniger stark beeinflusst. Man muss unserem Trainer wirklich zu gute halten das er sich stark für uns eingesetzt hat. Bei der praktischen Ausbildung wurde es uns schwer gemacht zu den Maschinen zu kommen oder einen passenden Lehrsaal zu finden. Ja , wir haben viel ver- und gesucht in den paar Monaten. Die Ausbildung selbst war gut. Fachlich am Stand der Technik und durchaus interessant. Ein Detail ist mir in besonderer Erinnerung geblieben . Nach der Abschlussprüfung wurden wir von seitens des BFI gebeten eine Meinungsumfrage über die Kurszeit am PC auszufüllen. Diese diene zur Qualitätskontrolle sagte man uns. Und weiters sagte man und das am Ende der Umfrage der Button senden nicht gedrückt werden soll, dies würden dann die BFI Mitarbeiter machen . Später erfuhr ich das die Umfrage für das AMS ist, dem Träger des BFI's . Ein Schelm wer hier Böses denkt. :-) I was a guest at the Bfi Deutschlandsberg many years ago. We had an external coach because at that time no local coach had spare capacity. In my opinion this circumstance has more or less influenced the training in the institution. You really have to hold our coach to good that he has worked hard for us. The practical training made it difficult for us to come to the machines or to find a suitable training room. Yes, we searched and searched a lot in the few months. The training itself was good. Professional in the art and quite interesting. One detail has remained in my memory. After the final exam, we were asked by the BFI to complete an opinion poll about the course time on the PC. These serve for quality control, we were told. And further, one said and at the end of the survey, the send button should not be pressed, this would then make the BFI employees. Later I learned that the survey is for the AMS, the bearer of the BFI. A rogue who thinks evil here. :-)

Die Organisation und die Kundenbetreuung war so aufschlüsslungsreich und einfach in der Organisation, dass man kaum selbst denken musste. Es wurde einem alles abgenommen. Hoffe es finden noch viele Kurse statt, Frau Cresnik ist eine tolle Kundenbetreuerin. I completed further training as a DGKP at the BFI Deutschlandsberg. The organization and customer care was so informative and simple in the organization that you hardly had to think for yourself. Everything was taken from you. Hope there are still many courses, Ms. Cresnik is a great customer service representative.
P	Poppy Bleu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voller Einsatz der Damen im Büro. Lehrpersonal ist nett. Sauber. Kantine mittelmäßig. Nicht gut für Gemüseliebhaber. Zu Mittag riecht es im ganzen Gebäude nach Bratöl. Einziger echter negativer Punkt: Alle Parkplätze ab 7.30 belegt. Full commitment of the women in the office. Teaching staff is nice. Clean. Mediocre canteen. Not good for vegetable lovers. At noon the whole building smells of fried oil. The only real negative point: All parking spaces occupied from 7.30.
