Das was bei anderen BHs in Minuten geht dauert hier oft Tage. Willkür an der Tagesordnung. MA-2412 as you know it from the TV. Lazy staff, especially on the ground floor which can be very rude. What happens with other bras in minutes often takes days here. Arbitrariness on the agenda.

Frau Wipfler hat sofort reagiert und innerhalb weniger Tage war mein Geld zurück. Well, apart from the fact that I had to pay a parking ticket ? too much money was transferred due to a typo. The BH or Mrs. Wipfler reacted immediately and within a few days my money was back.

M	Milli van Illi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teils sehr unfreundlich und wahnsinnig inkompetent, sowohl am Telefon als auch persönlich - je nach Abteilung. Man hat den Eindruck zu stören, willkürlich und von oben herab behandelt zu werden. Diese Erfahrungen mache ich nun schon seit 4 Jahren. Z. B. Eine Passausstellung war bei der BH Voitsberg unmöglich, einen Tag später in einem magistratischen Bezirksamt in Wien nicht ansatzweise ein Problem. Terminvergabe beruht anscheinend auf der Devise "nur net hudln" - knappe 3 Wochen Wartezeit für etwas, das ohne COVID ohne Termin jederzeit während des Parteienverkehrs möglich wäre - bei einer anderen BH war ein Termin am nächsten Tag möglich und zwar mit einem freundlichen Gespräch und Vorab-Information was zum Termin alles mitgebracht werden muss. Die Lösung: alles, was man auch bei anderen Bezirkshauptmannschaften oder magistratischen Bezirksämtern erledigen kann, sollte man outsourcen und somit seine Nerven schonen und freundlicheren, serviceorientierten Angestellten in anderen Ämtern als in Voitsberg seinen Dank aussprechen. Sometimes very unfriendly and incredibly incompetent, both on the phone and in person - depending on the department. One has the impression of being disturbed, of being treated arbitrarily and from above. I've had this experience for 4 years now. For example, it was impossible to issue a passport at BH Voitsberg, and one day later in a municipal district office in Vienna it was not even the slightest problem. Appointments are apparently based on the motto "only net hudln" - just under 3 weeks waiting time for something that without COVID would be possible without an appointment at any time during party intercourse - with another BH an appointment was possible the next day with a friendly conversation and in advance -Information on what must be brought to the appointment. The solution: everything that can be done at other district authorities or municipal district offices should be outsourced and thus be easy on your nerves and express your thanks to friendlier, service-oriented employees in offices other than Voitsberg.

Absonderungsbescheid die BH (lt. 1450) anrufen, der Herr der abhebte wirkte extrem genervt so nach dem Motto was ruft um dieser Zeit schon jemand an zudem sagte er nicht mal seinen Namen (was eigentlich dazu gehört wenn ich in einer BH arbeite) ich kam immer nur in eine endlos Schleife...Sehr traurig und beschämend für eine Behörde! Had to call the BH (according to 1450) regarding the separation notice, the gentleman who picked up seemed extremely annoyed, like what is someone calling at this time, and he didn’t even say his name (which is actually part of it when I work in a BH ) I just got stuck in an endless loop...Very sad and embarrassing for an authority!

Jetzt geht das ganze zum Anwalt. Ich weiß was am Telefon gesagt wurde und meine Frau hat es auch gehört. Nichts mit falsch verstanden. This is probably the crown now. you are so deceitful 5 days after taking the sample I can test myself free if you order it! Read your own laws. Now it's all going to the lawyer. I know what was said on the phone and my wife heard it too. Nothing wrong with misunderstood.
