Beim Termin in der BH sehr freundliche Beamte. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit bekam ich den neuen Führerschein zugesandt. I decided at short notice to have my driver's license converted to a driver's license in credit card format. Very friendly officials at the appointment in the BH. I received my new driver's license within a very short time.

Man legt auf, denn es hebt sowieso keiner ab, daher die schlechte Bewertung. A 3/4 hour on hold on the phone, I think, as we put our patience to the test. You hang up because no one picks up anyway, hence the bad rating.

Kann mit Sicherheit bestätigen das egal um was es geht nichts prompt erledigt wird …. Sonst währ es keine 2Sterne Behörde, Wobei ich eig nicht mal einen ganzen vergeben würde . Die Bewertung sicher alle von Mitarbeiter geschrieben oder tatsächliche Glückspilze… Not very professional when co-workers react emotionally to your problems. Frau official doctor absolute catastrophe ..... and the lady in the criminal department deto .... Can confirm with certainty that no matter what it is about, nothing is done promptly.... Otherwise it would not be a 2-star authority, I wouldn't even give a whole one. The review sure all written by staff or actual lucky guys…
F	Fabio Jahn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte schon viel mit Behörden zu tun, aber punkto Inkompetenz topt diese wrkl alles. Von Terminen die vergessen werden, falschen Auskünften, Leute die ihren Zuständigkeitsbereich nicht kennen, bis hin zu wrkl unfreundlichen Beamten, die einen teilweise sogar anschreien. Sogar für österreichische Verhältnisse ganz unterste Schublade. Aber es dürfte schon vielerorts bekannt sein wie diese Behörde so "arbeitet" und es wird hoffentlich auch iwann mal was dagegen unternommen. Had a lot to do with the authorities, but in terms of incompetence, this one tops everything. From appointments that are forgotten, wrong information, people who don't know their area of responsibility, to really unfriendly officials who sometimes even yell at you. Even by Austrian standards, it's the bottom drawer. But it should already be known in many places how this authority "works" and hopefully something will be done about it.
x	xPAT87x on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte vor kurzem einen Termin bei der BH. Positiv, kaum Wartezeit, dank der Vereinbarung eines Termins, und grundsätzlich gute Abwicklung meines Vorliegens. Negativ, die zuständige Mitarbeiterin ist nicht gerade freundlich gewesen. Ich habe keine Lust mich ohne offensichtlichen Grund angehen zu lassen. Had an appointment with the BH recently. Positive, hardly any waiting time, thanks to the arrangement of an appointment, and basically good handling of my presence. On the negative side, the employee in charge wasn't very friendly. I don't feel like being approached for no apparent reason.
