★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Termine bis auf 4 Wochen ausgebucht und in der Warteschleife vergessen... Die BH Feldkirch braucht wohl dringend mehr Personal und bessere Servicezeiten! Als privater Dienstleister wären sie schon durchgefallen!
 Appointments booked up to 4 weeks and forgotten on hold ... The BH Feldkirch urgently needs more staff and better service times! As a private service provider you would have failed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundlich, war gerade vielleicht mal 2 Minuten da und schon dran gewesen ohne Probleme alles tip top verdiente 5 Sterne die anderen die hier eine andere Bewertung abgeben weiß nicht wieso war um 7:45 mit Termin dran an das ganze Team Respekt für die schnelle Abwicklung ??
Very friendly, I was there for maybe 2 minutes and was already there without any problems, everything was great, deserved 5 stars, the others who give a different rating don't know why it was at 7:45 to make an appointment to the whole team, respect for the quick processing ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I applied for Anmeldebescheinigung in January.
I had an appointment in April, and was supposed to get it on April 6. Waited until April 28. I work every day, so picking the document up from 8 to 12 is practically impossible for me. However, I talked to Ms. Magdalena Mirić a week before and we arranged that I come on April 28 at 11:50 to pick up the document. Not only was the document (I have the right to and I paid for) not ready, but Ms. Mirić told me to come later in the afternoon. Incompetent and rude. Not to mention, nobody wants to speak English (an official EU language) even though I've just moved here. Not to mention they are extremely efficient when it comes to calling and sending emails regarding corona but when it comes to extremely important documents they fail greatly. Never forget dear people at BH, you are here for the people, people are not here for you.
