★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am Telefon der Herr sehr unfreundlich & sehr gestresst & genervt. Keine Hilfe man wird einfach weiter geleitet ohne ein Wort vorher bescheid zu geben. Man sollte sich bei solchen Umständen überlegen eine andere Arbeit zu suchen wo man keinen Kontakt zu Menschen hat.
On the phone the gentleman was very unfriendly & very stressed & annoyed. No help, you are simply forwarded without giving a word beforehand. In such circumstances you should consider looking for another job where you have no contact with people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Herr am Empfang ist mit Abstand der freundlichste Mensch in diesem Haus! Ich hab selten so einen herablassenden Menschen erlebt, bei welchem ich heute meinem Termin hatte. Unglaublich inkompetent, lustlos und einfach unfreundlich.
The gentleman at the reception is by far the friendliest person in this house! I have rarely seen such a condescending person with whom I had my appointment today. Incredibly incompetent, listless and simply unfriendly.
