Egal was man braucht man wird nur angeschnauzt und wie der letzte Mensch behandelt.. Bekommt man eigene Schulungen für unfreundlich zu anderen sein oder wie läuft das ab?? Unglaublich...

No matter what you need, you are just snapped at and treated like the last person .. Do you get your own training for being unfriendly to others or how does it work? Incredible...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mehrere Tage mit mehreren Versuchen ist es mir nicht gelungen,dass ich einen Gesprächspartner erreichte. Erst 6-8 Minuten Musik, dann 4 Minuten Freizeichen bis ich auflegte. Was läuft hier fehl bei so einem wichtigen Amt?
For several days with several attempts, I was unable to reach someone I was talking to. First 6-8 minutes of music, then 4 minutes of dial tone until I hung up. What's wrong with such an important office?

Wenn du Geld hast, hast schon gewonnen - rechtlich oder nicht.
