Bringen Sie außerdem SEHR viel Zeit mit - bei Morgenterminen pflegt Richter Schmelcher prinzipiell mindestens 1/2 Stunde zu spät zu kommen und entschuldigt sich dann nicht einmal. Bei anderen Terminen sind wiederum immer mehrere Parteien für ein- und denselben Zeitpunkt geladen - nach inzwischen drei Terminen weiß ich nun schon, dass jedes Mal angegeben wird, es handle sich um ein einmaliges Versehen. Ob er für einen Fall überhaupt zuständig ist, weiß er auch nicht, bei mir jedenfalls war er es zweimal nicht, obwohl die Ladung von ihm war - und ich muss als Sachwalterin meiner Mutter von Wien anreisen, spricht hin und retour 600 km. Das einzig positive an diesem Gericht ist der SEHR nette Sicherheitsbeamte, der am 23.4.14 Dienst hatte.
