J	Jonny Walker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nette Dame im Serviccenter, ganz hinten am letzten Schreibtisch. Kompetent, höflich und sehr freundlich wurde in 3 min mein Anliegen erledigt. Meine Behördenerfahrungen sahen bis jetzt eher gegenteilig aus. Dankeschön! Very nice lady in the service center, at the back of the last desk. Competent, polite and very friendly, my request was dealt with in 3 minutes. So far, my experience with the authorities has been rather the opposite. Thank you very much!

V	Viola Pieberl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An sich ein sehr freundliches Personal, allerdings funktioniert die Vermittlung nicht. Wir wurden drei Mal in die falsche Abteilung verbunden. In itself a very friendly staff, but the placement does not work. We were put in the wrong department three times.
T	Thomas Kahlhammer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SEHR GUTER SERVICE - Im Vergeleich zum Beziksgericht Graz-Ost, wo die Servicestelle so gut wie nie erreichbar ist, und wenn ... dann einem höchstens gesagt wird man kann nix machen - kommen sie an einem anderen Tag vorbei - ... rechnet man gar nicht mit einer HILFESTELLUNG bzw. Auskunft - hier ging es blitzschnell - übers Telefon, die Servicebearbeiterin hatte auch Ratschläge parat, Konnte mit einer Mobilnummer zum Rechstpfleger aushelften und die Sache war binnen 15 Min erledigt. Bin Selbst überrascht über diese Diskrepanz zwichen 2 Gerichten die knapp 600 Meter außeinaderliegen so groß sein kann, bei einem muß man schon einen Termin an einem Amtstag machen - die Serviceauskunft wirkt Hochnäsig oft dauert es 2 Wochen bis zum Termin und dann ist gar niemand zuständig , .. hier ging dies beim 1. Versuch binnen 15 Minuten und die Beraterin war sehr freundlich und Hiflbereit. Für ein AMT bzw. Gericht außerhalb eines Amtstages bislang die beste Erfahrung. VERY GOOD SERVICE - Compared to the Graz-Ost district court, where the service point is almost never available, and if ... then at most you are told you can't do anything - come by another day - ... you do the math Not at all with HELP or information - here it was lightning fast - over the phone, the service worker also had advice ready, could help out with a mobile number to the legal guardian and the matter was done within 15 minutes. I am surprised myself about this discrepancy between two dishes that are almost 600 meters apart, so you have to make an appointment on an official day with one of them - the service information seems snooty, it often takes 2 weeks to the appointment and then nobody is responsible. .. here this went on the first attempt within 15 minutes and the counselor was very friendly and helpful. The best experience so far for an AMT or court outside of an office day.

Sie hat mehrere Kaufverträge aus dem elektronischen Grundbuch ausgehoben und uns die Eckdaten der Verkäufe bekannt gegeben. Vielen herzlichen Dank für die wertvolle Hilfe! Today a very friendly and helpful lady in the service center helped us a lot. She dug up several sales contracts from the electronic land register and gave us the key data of the sales.
