★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hatte mit der verlassenschaftsabteilung zu tun. nur falschauskünfte bekommen! und wenn man sich dann beschwert, wurde es SO nie gesagt.
hoffe mit dem gericht nie mehr etwas zu tun zu haben.
(empfehle infos schriftlich einzuholen)
had to do with the estate department. only get false information! and when you complain, it was never said SO.
hope to never have anything to do with the dish again.
(recommend to get information in writing)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erledigungen in zwei unterschiedlichen Bereichen, jedes mal zuvorkommend und freundlich behandelt und beraten worden, das nenne ich service beim parteienverkehr. Man soll es zwar nicht schreiben, aber ich komme gerne wieder, auch wenn die anlässe nicht immer erfreulich sind.
Completments in two different areas, each time courteous and friendly treated and advised, that's what I call service in the party traffic. You do not want to write it, but I'll be back, even if the occasions are not always enjoyable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Eingangsbereich ist das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Reinigungspersonal grüßt freundlich. Darum gibt's trotz allem noch Sterne. Doch danach war Schluss mit dem netten Ambiente. Die "Beratung" des Juristen bezüglich der zustehenden Alimente war eine Zumutung: als wäre ich eine Schwerstkriminelle. Ich fühlte mich wie in Kafkas "Der Prozess". Kaum zu glauben, dass es diese Art von Mensch heute überhaupt noch gibt.
In the entrance area, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff also greet them in a friendly manner. That's why there are still stars in spite of everything. But then the nice atmosphere was over. The "advice" of the lawyer regarding the alimony due was an imposition: as if I were a serious criminal. I felt like I was in Kafka's "The Trial". It's hard to believe that this kind of person still exists today.
