Die Zimmern sind sauber und das Personal ist teilweise wirklich nett und macht die Arbeit eigentlich immer sehr gut.
Die Problematik liegt hauptsächlich am Umgang der „Chefs“ mit dem Personal und den alten Menschen. Wenn man in einem guten Altersheim eine leitende Position hat, sollte man vielleicht auch ein wenig Menschlichkeit gegenüber Personal und den Bewohnern zeigen können.

The rooms are clean and some of the staff is really nice and always does their job very well.
The main problem lies in the way the "bosses" deal with the staff and the elderly. If you have a managerial position in a good old people's home, you should perhaps be able to show a little humanity towards the staff and the residents.
