s	sonja tom (S.T.) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ im beyoga studio schätze ich sehr die große flexibilität bei den kurseinheiten. spontan kann ich mich für eine einheit morgens abends oder doch erst für den nächsten tag entscheiden. ebenso die NICHT Vorgabe des körperlichen yogalevels ist grandios - so kommt der eigentliche grundgedanke von yoga viel mehr zur geltung und man fühlt sich mehr verbunden in der stunde. beate und ihre trainerinnen strahlen viel lebensfreude aus und das steckt einfach an! in the beyoga studio i really appreciate the great flexibility in the course units. I can spontaneously choose a session in the morning in the evening or at least for the next day. Likewise, the NOT specification of the physical yoga level is terrific - so the actual basic idea of yoga comes into play much more and you feel more connected during the lesson. beate and her trainers exude a lot of joie de vivre and that is simply infectious!

In all den Jahren war ich stets von der Vielfalt des Angebots, dem abwechslungsreichen Unterricht und der einfühlsamen, liebenwürdigen Betreueung durch die Lehrerinnen, vor allem durch Beate selbst, begeistert. Auch die online-Stunden haben mir immer sehr gefallen und vor allem gut getan - in einer Zeit, da es durch Corona so große Einschränkungen gab! Auch für die Psyche ist Yoga ein wertvoller Begleiter, den ich mir aus meinem Leben nicht mehr wegdenken möchte. Trotz meines Alters habe ich vor, weiterhin Beates Yogakurse zu besuchen und dabei Kraft und innere Ausgeglichenheit zu tanken... I've been a member of Beate's yoga studio for many years. Over the years I have always been enthusiastic about the diversity of the offer, the varied lessons and the sensitive, kind support from the teachers, especially from Beate herself. I also always liked the online lessons and, above all, did them good - at a time when there were so many restrictions due to Corona!
