Angefangen vom Einführungsgespräch (Bedarfsanalyse, über die Erklärung zur vertraglichen Gestaltung verbunden mit der Sicherheit der Einhaltung aller Normen und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Vorgaben) bis zur Auswahl der Betreuerinnen und deren Begleitung im Alltag. Unsere Betreuerinnen kümmern sich jetzt sehr liebevoll um meine Mutter und auch während der Betreuung geht das Team ständig auf unsere Wünsche ein und diente die ganze Zeit als Ansprechpartner. Meine Mutter ist für die
liebevolle Versorgung sehr dankbar und für mich ist es eine große Entlastung.
The experience so far with the team of childcare pearls has been entirely positive.
