Der Schaden, der anläßlich der Verabschiedung einer wundervollen Person am 18. Oktober 2018 gegenüber der devastierten Familie, Freunden und Arbeitskollegen angerichtet wurde ist nicht reparierbar.
This company is completely incompetent and should pass the operation on to someone with the necessary empathy and organizational competence.
The damage that was done to the devastated family, friends and work colleagues on the occasion of the farewell to a wonderful person on October 18, 2018 cannot be repaired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine kleinere und auch größere Fehler in der Abwicklung und Durchführung. Hier herrscht Verbesserungsbedarf. Von einem renommierten Bestattungshaus hätte ich mir durchaus in dem einen oder anderen Bereich mehr Professionalität bei der sehr sensiblen Thematik erwartet.
Im Konfliktlösen im Nachhinein allerdings sehr einsichtig und absolut vorbildlich!

A minor and a major mistake in the handling and implementation. There is a need for improvement here. From a well-known funeral home I would have expected more professionalism in one or the other area with the very sensitive topic.
In retrospect, however, resolving conflicts is very insightful and absolutely exemplary!
