Herr Rieser (lt. eigenen Angaben der Chef) wirkte mit sich und der Situation völlig überfordert und war in der schwierigen Situation NICHT für uns da. Meine Familie und ich ärgern uns nach fast einem Jahr immer noch und möchten andere warnen: Schmuddelig, muffig, unkoordiniert und semi-professionell und dabei auch noch recht teuer! Unfortunately, a wrong decision to hire Unschwarz. Mr. Rieser (according to his own statements, the boss) seemed completely overwhelmed with himself and the situation and was NOT there for us in the difficult situation. After almost a year, my family and I are still annoyed and want to warn others: Dirty, musty, uncoordinated and semi-professional and also quite expensive!

Zudem hat sie auch sachlich erklärt wie die weiteren Schritte ablaufen und sie ist extra zu uns Nachhause gekommen! Preisleistung ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Can only report good, keep it up! Ulla is with heart, listening and just gave us a good feeling. In addition, she has also factually explained how the next steps are, and she has come to us extra home! Price performance is also very good.

They are competent and empathetic, they have fulfilled our wishes perfectly. The farewell was done very nicely, just as the deceased would have liked. We are grateful for the great support!
