Von der Kontaktaufnahme, über die Betreuung, den vorbereitenden Arbeiten bis hin zum Begräbnis selbst, hatte ich immer das Gefühl in menschlichen, jedoch auch rituell versierten Händen zu sein.
Sowohl der Chef als auch seine Mitarbeiter waren zu jedem Zeitpunkt respektvoll und sensibel...was unserer Familie sehr wichtig war und ist.
