My situation was rather complex because my dear family member passed away in Vienna while we, the family, live in another country. There was a lot of paper work to be handled with various institutions which at times were apathetic and provided misleading information about the steps to be followed and the documents to be issued. However, once I got in touch with Bestattung Himmelblau they took all that burden away from my shoulders. I was humbled by their attention and moved by the efficiency of their work.
