G	Gabriella D'Elia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The young lady at the reception was extremely rude, took forever to check-in as apparently they had lots of rooms for people who popped in and asked for one, buy none for those who had booked. That unfortunately gave a very bad impression of the hotel. From then on, things went better. Breakfast is good, the other staff friendly, rooms basic but comfortable.

Prater and Old Danube areas are situated close by. There is a scope for improvement in the food and customer service areas to be at par with other global Best Western properties.

We enjoyed the lovely and clean room, night lamps, comfortable pillows, great bed, very good shower with a strong current, excellent soap, the dining room is very warm and tasty and the staff are so smiling and pleasant. Plenty of delicious and varied food. We paid 3 NIS 1500 for 3 nights.375 uoro The parter is a 5 minute walk away. A train from the airport drops you off at an 8 minute walk to the hotel. Thanks so much for sure.
D	DaveC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yet another Best Western hotel that falls well below my expectation. The room was smelled musty and the air conditioning rattled and gurgled alarmingly most of the time. The reception staff either didn't believe me or couldn't care less because they paid me hardly any attention when I complained, and did nothing about it. They do have wi-fi but reception is terrible more than 2 metres from the guest computer "desk". Breakfast was adequate. The hotel is in a good position for the park but that's about it. Not much else close by - including restaurants.
J	Julia Alex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cosy and beautiful hotel. Sparkling clean, friendly service, fabulous breakfast. Very comfortable beds and pillows, warm in winter. Tea/coffeemaker and minibar/fridge make your stay even more comfortable. Unfortunately, sauna is super small, you can’t lay in, only sit, the door to sauna is not closed properly and you need to ask to heat it an hour before usage. Gym is also small, but has enough space for 2-3 people to work out. Hotel is close to subway and to Prater which makes the location very convenient to explore Vienna. Highly recommended! Will definitely come back.
