Während ich bei diversen Onlinehändlern bis zu einer Woche auf meine Bestellungen warten muss, sind die Bücher bei der Buchhandlung Besold (wenn nicht ohnehin lagernd) meist nach ein bis zwei Tagen abholbereit. Das ganze Team ist sehr zuvorkommend, bemüht und hilft auch bei komplizierteren Anliegen sehr kompetent weiter. Hier spürt man noch deutlich, dass der Service am Kunden hochgeschätzt wird. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle Literaturfreunde aus dem Bezirk St. Veit und darüber hinaus. For me, the Besold bookstore is one of the best in the region. While I have to wait up to a week for my orders from various online retailers, the books at the Besold bookstore (if not already in stock) are usually ready for collection after one or two days. The whole team is very courteous, makes an effort and helps very competently even with more complicated issues. Here you can still clearly feel that the customer service is highly valued. A clear recommendation for all literature lovers from the St. Veit district and beyond.

Auch die Lieferungen während dem Lockdown funktionierte einwandfrei. Auch Bekannte und Freunde, welchen ich die Buchhandlung Besold bereits empfohlen habe, sind überaus zufrieden. Sehr zu empfehlen sind auch die Lesungen direkt in der Buchhandlung. Hoffentlich sind diese Lesungen bald wieder möglich. The best bookstore far and wide. We don't have, don't exist. So far every book could be ordered for me, usually it is already there the next day! The deliveries during the lockdown also worked perfectly. Acquaintances and friends, to whom I have already recommended the Besold bookstore, are extremely satisfied. The readings in the bookstore are also highly recommended. Hopefully these readings will be possible again soon.

Sowohl die persönliche Beratung, wie auch der Onlineshop sind ausgezeichnet. Die Atmosphäre ist hier familiär und professionell, das Buch Angebot sehr umfangreich und geht nicht gibt's hier scheinbar nicht! "Schmökerer" kommen hier voll auf ihre Rechnung. Ist das Gewünschte einmal nicht verfügbar kann man mit einer raschen Nachlieferung rechnen. Das einzige Manko, bin zu selten im Geschäft ;-) The Besold company has always been a fixture when it comes to books and stationery. Both the personal advice and the online shop are excellent. The atmosphere here is familiar and professional, the range of books is very extensive and it doesn't seem to be possible here! "Readers" get their money's worth here. If what you want is not available, you can count on a quick subsequent delivery. The only drawback, I'm rarely in business ;-)

Auch der Onlineshop funktioniert perfekt. Ich nutze besonders gern die Möglichkeit, ein Buch online zu reservieren oder zu bestellen und es dann in der Buchhandlung abzuholen. The Besold bookstore is always my first port of call because I can count on competent advice, there is always a large selection and books that are not available can always be ordered easily and quickly to the branch or home. The online shop also works perfectly. I particularly like the option of reserving or ordering a book online and then picking it up in the bookstore.
