★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to go up, it takes you up - and if you want to go down, it takes you down.
You can video your friends on the way down - the gondolas pass mainly over the piste at quite a low level, but you miss the chance to go to the Westernstadl if you do.
Village lift station can be busy in the morning.

As of January 2022 FFP2 masks are mandatory on all lifts and in all gondolas throughout all ski resorts in Austria. You may take your mask off while skiing but you have to to put your mask back on when getting in line waiting at a ski lift. The old-fashioned blue surgical masks are not sufficient and must never be worn in place of your FFP2 mask. You will not be able to purchase a lift pass without showing evidence that you have received both COVID-19 shots plus a booster shot.
