H	Herbert Schilling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Erfahrungen mit dem Planungsbüro von Leo Bernhard: Kurz gesagt: unkompetent, hat sich absolut an keine Vorgaben gehalten, brauchte für den Einreichplan fast 1 Jahr und für die Kostenschätzung sogar 1 Jahr. Dafür verlangte er über € 12.ooo,--. Er war mit einer Zahlung von € 6.200,-- für diese Fehlplanung nicht zufrieden und ging vor Gericht. Feststellung des Richters: "Kein Anspruch auf Entgelt für diese mangelhafte Leistung!" Bestätigt durch Ersturteil des Bezirksgerichtes Leibnitz 5 C 118/16f-28 und Berufungsurteil des LGZ Graz 5 R 80/18 y. Ich kann von dieser Firma nur abraten! My experience with Leo Bernhard's planning office: In short: incompetent, absolutely did not adhere to any specifications, it took almost 1 year for the submission plan and even 1 year for the cost estimate. For this he asked for over € 12.ooo, -. He was not satisfied with a payment of € 6,200 for this bad planning and went to court. Statement of the judge: "No entitlement to remuneration for this poor performance!" Confirmed by the first judgment of the Leibnitz District Court 5 C 118 / 16f-28 and appeal judgment of the LGZ Graz 5 R 80/18 y. I can only advise against this company!

Heute, Mitte Jänner 2019, Einreichplanung fix fertig übergeben. Kosten und Planung entsprachen genau der Vereinbarung. Auf jeden fall weiterzuempfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmals. Top!! Mr. Bernhard was commissioned by me in mid-December 2018 for the submission planning of my forester's house. Today, in mid-January 2019, the submission planning was handed over completely. Costs and planning exactly matched the agreement. Definitely recommendable. Thank you again.

Von der Baubewilligung bis zur Betriebsstättengenehmigung wurde alles perfekt erledigt das es mit der Behörde keine einzige Beanstandung gab. Leo hat alles vorbereitet und perfekt abgewickelt.
