★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located centrally in the bottom of many skiing lifts, this is a good place for lunch, coffee or beer. The food is decent, but traditional Austrian skiing food.

The problem is that it is almost impossible to find a place to seat because the tables are « reserved » by people waiting for other people arriving one hour later... We even saw a table reserved by dutch people eating their pic nic and drinking their own drinks.... This is not nice for real custumers....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the Kaiserschmarrn (like fried chopped up pancakes) here. It was quite ncie with a really big portion. Items generally are pricey though. Just remember that they had to also bring it up the mountain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good mountain-top restaurant! It has a massive seating space both indoors and outdoors. Has a self-service food section with good options. There are 2 bars inside with very friendly staff! The prices of the drinks are relatively higher just like any other ski restaurant. This is right behind the Sonnenjet ski-lift...approx. 10 minutes away from the main cabin-lift of Kaltenbach. The views from the outdoor seating are awesome.
