Příjezd byl velmi rozpačitý, nikdo nám neřekl, že check-in je v úplně jiném objektu v LoriVita Residenz, což je 1,5 km od Berglandu. Apartmán sám o sobě je zrekonstruovaný, ale údržba se o něj moc nestará. V době našeho ubytování nesvítily 4 žárovky, za postelí byl neskutečný nepořádek od předchozích návštěvníků. Často zmiňovaná sprcha v recenzích mi přišla úplně normální. Jinak umístění je skvělé, dá se přes vleky dostat až do centra lyžařské oblasti, takže vůbec nemusíte používat auto. Otherwise the location is great, you can get to the center of the ski area through the lifts so you don't have to use a car at all.
P	Pan the Mic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima appartementen alleen waardeloze douche. Douche hangt op navel hoogte..... verder netjes en op redelijke loopafstand van centrum. Skibus stopt om de hoek. Excellent apartments only worthless shower. Shower is at navel height ..... otherwise neat and within a reasonable walking distance from the center. Ski bus stops around the corner.
m	maikel rentinck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 26.01.2019 / 02.02.2019: Boven verwachting. Bij aankomt een beetje verwarrend doordat de de locatie zelf geen incheckbalie o.i.d. heeft. Dat moest dus even verderop bij LoriVita Residenz Saalbach 1,5 km richting Saalbach. Aller aardig personeel overigens. Studio voor 2 personen geboekt maar kregen een upgrade naar 2 kamer appartement op de 3e verdieping. Grote slaapkamer met 2 persoonsbed evt ruimte zat voor kinderbedje erbij. matrassen zijn wel aan vervanging toe maar liggen nog prima. Huiskamer met bedbank en opklapbaar bed, tv en schitterend uitzicht. Kleine keuken v.v. magnetron, 2pits kookplaatje koelkast. Basic maar prima. En dan nog een riante badkamer, met bad en twee wastafels. Enige puntje van kritiek; Helaas geen losse douche. Ook geen douche gordijn, de douchekop hangt ook erg laag (1 meter hoog) de bedoeling is om liggend te douche denk ik ?. 26.01.2019 / 02.02.2019: Above expectations. Douche op navelhoogte, matrassen doorgelegen, stoelen die op instorten staan, minimale keukenbenodigdheden (geen scherp mes, een spatel om in de pan te roeren of een deksel voor op een pan) en een bank waar je je hoofd stoot tegen het bed erboven als je gaat zitten. Nog nooit eerder zo slecht meegemaakt. Surprised about the positive reviews of this accommodation! The location is perfect, but the apartment was minimal. Shower at umbilical height, mattresses covered, collapsed chairs, minimal kitchen utensils (no sharp knife, a spatula to stir in the pan or a lid for a pan) and a couch where you bump your head against the bed above when you sits down. Never experienced this bad before.
R	Rita Petri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv war die Nähe zum Skilift und die Matratzen. Negativ überwiegt leider: Geschirr und Besteck schmutzig. Möbel ( Stuhl und Komode im Bad ) sind Schrott. Türklinke WC hatte ich komplett in der Hand, keine Schraube hielt. Duschschlauch Dichtung fehlt. Plätscherte alles oben vorbei. Etliche Lampen hatten defekte Leuchtmittel. Balkon sehr dreckig und die Tür klemmt. Fenster dreckig. Für 20,00 € Endreinigung p. P. erwarte ich eine saubere und ordentliche Unterkunft. S	Sabrina Huber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Lage der Unterkunft war super für Skifahrer. Das ist nur leider das einzige, was an der Unterkunft gut war. Eine Stunde nach Check-in war das Zimmer nicht sauber, benutzte Handtücher und der Dreck der Vormieter wurde noch nicht mal weggeräumt. Nachdem die Reinigungskräfte endlich mal im Zimmer waren, konnte man trotzdem noch abgeschnittene Zehennägel der Vormieter vorfinden. Grundsätzlich wird hier auf Sauberkeit wenig Wert gelegt. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier definitiv nicht. The location of the property was great for skiers. Unfortunately, that's the only thing that was good about the property. An hour after check-in, the room wasn't clean, used towels and the dirt from the previous tenants wasn't even cleared away. After the cleaning staff were finally in the room, you could still find clipped toenails from the previous tenants. Basically, little value is placed on cleanliness here. Value for money is definitely not right here.

Grote probleem is alleen dat zij niet goed op de hoogte zijn en zeer onbehulpzaam. Wachten nu al 2 uur voor een dichte deur en hebben meerdere callcenter medewerkers gesproken die er niet in lijken te slagen om ons te helpen.
