V	Victor Vos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je kunt geen negatieve sterren geven of een vallende ster! Als je de pech hebt een appartement te hebben laag achterin dan is het echt slecht. Dan zit je in een bunker waar het woord schoonmaken nog niet is uitgevonden. You cannot give a negative star or a falling star! If you are unlucky having an apartment low in the back then it is really bad. Then you are in a bunker where the word cleaning has not yet been invented.

Personal bis spät in die Nacht sehr laut im Treppenhaus Apartment a bit old. The whole house smells of cigarettes, people smoke at the reception even though it is a non-smoking house! Staff up in the stairwell until late at night
R	R H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was een mooi huis voor een acceptabele prijs. Niet altijd even schoon, maar dat kan ook niet voor die prijs. Perfecte ligging tov de skilift. Ons appartement had wel een balkon, die gedeeld werd met de buren. Was a nice house for an acceptable price. Not always clean, but that is also not possible at that price. Perfect location relative to the ski lift. Our apartment did have a balcony, which was shared with the neighbors.

Trotz mehrerer E-Mails erfolgte bislang weder eine Reaktion der Unterkunft noch wurde unsere Anzahlung zurückerstattet. Sehr enttäuschend, aber anscheinend zählt auch in Serfaus (wie in Ischgl) nur das Geld der Touristen. Due to the corona crisis, we were unfortunately unable to take our vacation. Despite several e-mails, there has not yet been a response from the property and our deposit has not been refunded. Very disappointing, but apparently only the tourists' money counts in Serfaus (as in Ischgl).
S	Suzanne Lammers van Toorenburg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We kregen een kamer van 2x2 met ons gezin van 4 welke geen balkon had en er amper een raam open kon. Niet wat we geboekt hadden. Waar duidelijk balkon op vermeld stond. Eigenaar was werkelijk onbeschoft dat we het maar moesten accepteren en t anders met de reisorganisatie moesten regelen. Hij dreigde ons zelfs grote gespierde kerel. Met spullen en al op straat gezet. Met 2 kinderen waarvan 1 baby van 8 maanden. Werkelijk schoftelijk. T interieur was ook helemaal afgeleefd!!! Vies en smerig boeltje!Boek dit nooit! Wij hebben van reisorganisatie alles vergoed gekregen en ergens anders gelukkig nog geweldige vakantie gehad. We got a room of 2x2 with our family of 4 which had no balcony and hardly a window could open. Not what we booked. Where the balcony was clearly stated. Owner was really rude that we just had to accept it and had to arrange otherwise with the travel company. He even threatened us big muscular guy. With stuff and already put on the street. With 2 children including 1 baby of 8 months. Really gross. T interior was also completely tired !!! Dirty and filthy mess! Never book this! We have received everything from the travel company and luckily had a wonderful holiday somewhere else.
M	Mehmet Acar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöne Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, die Küche hat alles gehabt was man braucht und der Blick vom Balkon/Terasse auf die Berge wunderschön. 1-2 Minuten Fußweg ins Zentrum. Traumhafter Urlaub. Nice apartment, very clean and nicely decorated, the kitchen had everything you need and the view from the balcony / terrace of the mountains beautiful. 1-2 minutes walk to the center. Dream vacation.
A	Andre Lemmers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haus Bergland is erg basic, maar we hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad. De prijs die we ervoor betaalde was ook basic, dus dat stond goed in verhouding. Het personeel was bijzonder vriendelijk en het heeft ons aan niets ontbroken. Wij zouden er zo weer naar terug gaan. De omgeving is echt uitzonderlijk mooi en er is heel veel te doen. Bakker en supermarkt op loopafstand en andere winkels is echt een voordeel. Een gratis kaart voor alle liften is echt uitzonderlijk. We dachten eerst dat dat niet veel voor zou stellen, maar we werden aangenaam verrast en eigenlijk is het onbegrijpelijk dat dit bij het huurbedrag inbegrepen is. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad, een aanrader dus. Haus Bergland is very basic, but we really enjoyed ourselves. The price we paid for it was also basic, so that was in proportion. The staff were exceptionally friendly and we lacked nothing. We would go back there soon. The area is really exceptionally beautiful and there is a lot to do. Bakery and supermarket within walking distance and other stores is really an advantage. A free ticket for all lifts is really exceptional. At first we thought that would not mean much, but we were pleasantly surprised and actually it is incomprehensible that this is included in the rent. We had a wonderful time, so a must.
C	Christian Eichhammer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage. Das angebotene Frühstück im Nachbarhotel hat auch alles was man braucht. Einziger kleiner Nachteil war die Verfügbarkeit der Parkplätze welche ein gelegentliches umparken erforderte. Personal(Cem und Co.) super freundlich und extrem bemüht. Gerne wieder!! Very nice and clean apartment in a central location. The breakfast offered in the neighboring hotel also has everything you need. The only small disadvantage was the availability of the parking spaces, which required occasional parking. Staff (Cem and Co.) super friendly and extremely hard-working. Gladly again!!
