S	Sonja Reubi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor ein paar Jahren 2 mal dort!! War super und ganz freundliche, familiäre Atmosphäre, alles wunderbar!! Empfehle dieses Hotel sehr gerne weiter!! Werde irgendwann mal wieder hingehen - wenn Corona endlich vorbei sein wird! A few years ago there 2 times !! It was great and very friendly, family atmosphere, everything was wonderful! I would be happy to recommend this hotel to others! Will go back sometime - when Corona is finally over!
P	Patricia Jäger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Gastgeber, herausragende Küche, ein Ort zum abschalten! Leider konnte man keinen Aufguss in der Sauna wegen Corona machen, da kann aber niemand was dafür! Das Zimmer perfekt, habe nichts zu bemängeln! Great hosts, outstanding cuisine, a place to switch off! Unfortunately you couldn't make an infusion in the sauna because of Corona, but nobody can do anything about it! The room perfect, nothing to complain about!
A	Anne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Rahmen eines Junggesellinnen Abschiedes suchten wir am Samstag (mit Reservierung am Vortag) zum Abschlussessen das Hotel Bergkristall auf. Leider war der Kellner weder freundlich und zuvorkommend, noch gab er uns das Gefühl erwünscht zu sein. Mit den vermeintlichen Hausgästen wurde „gewitzelt“ und Weinempfehlungen ausgesprochen und uns wurde nicht einmal eine Getränkekarte oder ein Digestif nach dem Essen angeboten. Am Ende funktionierte das EC Lesegerät nicht, sodass einem die Bankkarte völlig selbstverständlich mit einem unfreundlichen „Dann bitte in Bar“ zurückgegeben wurde. Für das Nicht Funktionierende Gerät konnte der Kellner natürlich nichts. Allerdings hätte man auch einfach FRAGEN können, ob eine Barzahlung möglich wäre bzw. hätte man uns für die 20 unangenehmen Minuten auch einfach noch einen Kaffee oder ähnliches anbieten können anstatt sich zu uns zu setzen, zu fluchen und sich darüber aufzuregen. Das Essen war okay, allerdings war das Menü dem Preis eher nicht gerechtfertigt. V.a. weil die Hauptspeise lediglich aufgewärmt wirkte und die Menge der Haupt- und Nachspeise eher einer Kinderportion glich. Für solch ein besonderes Ereignis ein sehr enttäuschender Abend… Schade! Wieder kommen werden wir wohl eher nicht As part of a bachelorette party, we went to the Hotel Bergkristall on Saturday (with a reservation the day before) for a final dinner. Unfortunately the waiter was neither friendly nor courteous, nor did he make us feel welcome. The supposed house guests were “joked” and wine recommendations were made and we weren't even offered a drinks menu or a digestif after dinner. In the end, the EC reader did not work, so that the bank card was returned to you with an unfriendly "Then please in cash" as a matter of course. Of course, the waiter couldn't do anything for the device that didn't work. However, you could have just ASKed whether a cash payment would be possible or you could have offered us a coffee or something similar for the 20 unpleasant minutes instead of sitting down with us, cursing and getting upset about it. The food was okay, but the menu wasn't justified for the price. Mainly because the main course only seemed warmed up and the amount of main course and dessert was more like a child's portion. A very disappointing evening for such a special event ... What a shame! We will probably not come again

Wonderful place! We felt completely comfortable and in very good hands. The food was great and nothing was missing in the wellness area either. We'd love to come back.

Zimmer sehr schön und sauber (das gilt für das ganze Hotel.)Das Weihnachtsmenu war sagenhaft.Zwischen jedem Gang wurde von der Familie Netzer was dargeboten. So eine Weihnachtsfeier in einem Hotel hatten wir noch nie.Auch der Spa Bereich war sehr ansprechend und sehr sauber.Und besonders das Personal waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da kann sich manches Hotel eine Scheibe abschneiden. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr ansprechend .Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl im Hotel Bergkristall und werden im nächsten Jahr sicher wieder kommen. Herr Netzer und sein Team machen einen super Job, weiter so.Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage. Were from 12/24/21 to 12/26/21 at the Hotel Bergkristall. We received a very warm welcome from the boss himself. The room was very nice and clean (that applies to the whole hotel.) The Christmas menu was amazing. The Netzer family offered something between each course. We have never had a Christmas party like this in a hotel. The spa area was also very attractive and very clean. And especially the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Many a hotel can learn a thing or two about that. The breakfast buffet was also very appealing. We felt very comfortable in the Hotel Bergkristall and will definitely come back next year. Mr. Netzer and his team are doing a great job, keep it up. Thank you for the great days.
