The staff are very friendly, and you can sit inside or out on the veranda and take in the wonderful views.

T	Tobias Ko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The simplest and cheapest rooms are fine, the carpet may have been there a bit longer and has seen some hiking boots, which you can see on the carpet, but otherwise the rooms are clean and good, as are the shared toilets and showers. The food and breakfast in the restaurant is nothing outstanding, but okay.
A	Alexander Chilas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Berggasthof Hotel Piz Buin at an altitude of over 2000m, next to the enchanted lake Silvretta is a marvelous place to stay. The room was very cosy and had a very pleasing smell. There was a lot of space and stowage shelves and the bathroom was big and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a room on the 3rd floor with an amazing view over the lake and the tall mountains in the distance. My motorbike was allowed to park underneath the roof at the entrance area. I tried the Kaiserschmarrn at the restaurant and it was delicious, like I remember it from my grandmother. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes mountains, nature and quietness. There are many good hiking opportunities in the area, which I plan to exploit another time.
