Der ursprünglicher Plan war der Erwerb eines in die Jahre gekommenen Einfamilienhauses mit ca. 700 m2 Grund in Innsbruck-Land und der damit verbundene Umbau. Schlussendlich wurde aus diesem Umbau noch ein zusätzlicher Neubau eines Doppelhauses in Holzständerbauweise. Der Grundriss wurde so geschickt auf das verbleibende Grundstück angepasst, dass eine Netto Wohnfläche von ca 100 m2 pro Haushälfte erreicht werden konnte. Dank der sehr guten und ausgetüftelten Planung von Frau Di Talmazan entsteht ein lebenswerter Raum für zwei Familien. Von der Planung, Einreichung bei den Behörden, Kostenkontrolle, Kontrolle Bauausführung usw. war das Architekturbüro stets vor Ort und hat die jeweiligen Bauphasen und Ausführungen überprüft. Trotz nachträglicher Sonderwünschen wurde das zu Beginn kalkulierte Budget eingehalten.... Mein Fazit: Sehr seriös und sehr professionell, jederzeit gerne wieder! Ms. Di Sandra Talmazan from BT-Architekten in Innsbruck gave me the best advice from the beginning of the project (even before buying the land). The original plan was the acquisition of an aging detached house with about 700 m2 of land in Innsbruck-Land and the associated conversion. Finally, this conversion was an additional new construction of a semi-detached house in timber frame construction. The layout was adapted so cleverly to the remaining property that a net living area of approx. 100 m2 per house half could be achieved. Thanks to the very good and sophisticated planning by Ms. Di Talmazan creates a liveable space for two families. From the planning, submission to the authorities, cost control, construction supervision, etc., the architectural office was always on site and has checked the respective stages of construction and execution. Despite subsequent special requests was the budget calculated at the beginning complied .... My conclusion: very serious and very professional, anytime again!
